Oh yeah what pisses me off the most about sprays are porn sprays that have hardcore content. I see one "welp I am going to go over there and plant C4"

There isn't much that pisses me off about gmod except for when I have to uninstall the entire game because with all the addons I've downloaded its 25gb. Oh yeah, and crashes too. They suck. My computer can only download like three addons from the workshop at a time or else it crashes.

I would be okay if you provided something like, 'Spraying Porn - Please check/ask [somesite/name/etc] for a request to remove your ban' But doing that just wants me to bitchslap you across the face.

I hate the updates that break the game.

How workshop is several times smaller than garrysmod.org.

The workshop's great, but some areas are severely lacking in terms of content (eg. Gamemodes). That and the shitty dupes that people upload.

Servers that claim to be custom and yet have nothing unique. You know, those types of servers where the owners just slap anything 'custom' they can find public download links for and can be found on almost every other server. Bonus points if the owner clearly didn't look at what they were added. I found a TTT server that had an AK47 for a traitor weapon, where the code had just been copy/pasted from Bad King's custom weapons tutorial.
