I'm getting so fucking sick of this entitlted attitude so many players have. Like, there was a thread ages ago about admins/owners and I briefly mentioned that a lot of Garry's Mod simply cannot take being punished for breaking rules, and they just can't. And then when they can't explain their bullshit, they just start whinning and saying we're abusive admins. Like, I'll happily admit where I'm wrong or make a mistake in admin'ing, but some people are just infuriating. Also, the quality of some microphones is stunning. Actually, to add to this, I also really dislike it when someone accuses an admin or has a problem with one, and then suddenly a bunch of regulars flock in to defend that admin. I find that kinda embarrassing, admins don't need to you to justify their behaviour.

Actually in speaking of that Niandra... Have you ever had to deal with false-reporters who just want to get other players banned? Edit: Holy fuck, I need to stop typing shit when half-awake :v:

Whenever someone that is obviously 10 griefs in Zombie Survival. I have no problem helping new players making a good barricade (not saying I am the best cader, but I don't make a clusterfuck of props where you can't even shoot through), but I get annoyed so much when someone unnails my whole barricade just so he can get out, despite me telling him several times that he can walk through nailed props. Same counts for people that unnail barricades "for the lulz" or teamwork with zombies.

I don't have anything against DarkRP since i had quite some fun in several servers. However i hate it when people promote their server as unique and different because they added a few extremely dumb jobs and threw in some random mods which half of them is only for donator ranks. I really want to use LiquidRP for my unserious RP server but so far its pretty broken. (ps, does anyone know any other RP gamemode?)

Joining a server. "Well, let's have fun, I guess" More than half of the things in the server are filled with Missing Texture and ERROR sign everywhere. I really need CS:Source and the last two episode of Half Life 2? It annoys me how I can barely play Gmod with only HL2 and HL2:DM.

There's a server I love. Well, loved. Because whenever I join it now, half-way through it shuts down Gmod without an error. even worse now, since it's started to shut down gmod without an error AND crash steam without an error. It just... shuts it all down. Holy shit why. I can go onto other servers. I can go single player. Everyone else can go onto that server. What the fuck.

I'm playing on a gmod server, everything is great. I am having fun. Then a mad twelve year old who recently visited a "hack" forum decides to DDoS the server with a program they bought using mommies wallet. Fuck that shit. This goes to all the script-kiddies in gmod. Go fuck yourselves you snot nosed cunts. I hope you get beat up in school, and I hope you never make any friends.

I play with small resolution and this really makes me mad. I currently use Gmod mainly for posing and stuff like that. And lets say I want spawn TF2 weapon. I go to the TF2 file, unclick few files and soon enough, I can see only like first 3 letters of the name of that weapon. Trying to find that right thing immedietely turns into furious clicking where I am quickly loosing my patience.

I give them plenty of chances to peacefully contest it, usually over Steam so they don't shit up the server's chat, but invariably they just start ranting and raving. So I ban them for an hour or so. None have ever gotten anywhere with their "Abusive admin" complaints. I'm also one of the chillest admins on the servers I admin, often ignoring things that the other admins BOS over. :v: Pretty much the only way to get my banhammer swinging is to be an asshat to other players, lag the server for no good reason(Propspam basically, I ignore the lag awesome contraptions cause as best I can), deliberately crash it, try to steal people's creations, that sort of thing. I'm playing at 2048x1536 and I can barely read the text at all. I'm seriously considering dropping my res back down to 1600x1200 just so I can read everything...

What it become. Haven't played it for years but came back for the last three days. What the fuck happened? Half of the tools are gone, the UI as a whole is far less useful vs the old one. New server browser doesn't let you filter out servers with high ping/players, have to use legacy one for that. Can't search anything in the in-game workshop window like I could in Toybox. Every server has lots of script errors, only stable one is TTT. Of course, there's some improvements like player models, color changing, etc, but this total re-invention was a disaster.
