Script errors are your fault. Make sure HL2:EP1/EP2 and CS:S are all converted to Steampipe. Nothing wrong with the Q menu, get used to it.

I got made fun of by someone else because I use Garry's Mod to make poses and I guess what they were trying to say is that theres no way I could be taken seriously because I use GMod instead of SFM or drawing with pencils and it was sort of saddening really because I like to think my poses are getting a little better (once I learned to properly use the Super DoF and things like that)

When I am searching for prop models in the workshop, unrelated bullshit also come in Most of the stuff being pony OC's Who the fuck uploads pony OC's to the workshop for a living, seriously?

Having things "spaz out" because I never bothered learning how to parent props, rotating things with a touchpad and being overly anal when the precision tool isn't precise enough for my German attention to detail. :v:

Having people with potato brains come onto my server and try and propkill.

Server owners who choose kids going through puberty to be admins. This is a major fuck up. If you own a server, do not do this. Chances are they will be overloading with either hormones or immaturity, and become corrupt admins. One of my favorite servers has fallen to this. Shitty 12 year old admins who instantly ban new people for shooting them once, annoy the shit out of people and then ban them for admin disrespect for telling them to go away, having a huge superiority complex, sucking up to female players, thinking that they are above the rules and can do as they please, and always thinking that because they are admin they get to change the rules. The worst part is, on this particular server, after a huge amount of us begging to the server's owner to do something about it, he says "too bad".

Just joined a server and instantly this came to my mind: Server owners who add a whole assload of useless mods to their server.

1) When I'm forced to sit through a download of hundreds of playermodels just to find out 90% are donator only. 2) When my addons mess up. [t]http://i.imgur.com/rDKDzFJ.jpg[/t] Damn I must be subscribed to shit addons 3) The dupe section of the workshop. 90% of it is "DIS DUPE OF BARNEY FUCKING SEXY SAMUS NEEDS 1000 ADDONS TO WORK"

When I'm building something or spawning NPCs and the game just closes. No "hl2.exe has stopped working" message, it just closes.

It's very easy for someone to join the server at random and cause harassment for others players or the server. With lots of people out there who intentionally seek to ruin things for others, it's rather clear to see why those who run servers may be hesitant to give everyone everything.

I'm going to be completely honest here, feel free to hate me for it. I hate when... - People make fun of squeakers. You were once a child too, no? Just let them play the game. If it's that much of a problem just clientside mute. - People excessively reference My Little Pony. Okay, we get it, XxMLP_RULZxX, your avatar of Applejack is very "swagtastic". We get it. - People who "troll" in gamemodes like TTT, Morbus or (shiver) DarkRP. Shooting people randomly to piss them off is just immature, play the game normally. - Admins who are ignorant and don't listen. Self explanatory. If you own a server, listen to both sides before banning / kicking.

I hate people's interpretation of what is and what isn't meta gaming in Dark RP. -Admins on Dark RP that use the rp_setmoney command to stupidly high value and buy as much shit as they want without working towards it. -Admins on wire build servers that [B]demand[/B] to know how you built something "or else". -Admins that are AFK all the fucking time. Literally the only servers I can't find little kids on are usually gamemodes that don't give you weapons instantly such as Clockwork, spacebuild, and stranded.

Search for Garry's Mod videos on YouTube for a bit of inspiration/tutorials and all that seems to come up is shitty "VenturianTale" videos... all he seems to do is download addons and fuck around with them without actually building anything.

I don't like it when people scream at people with high voices that are trying to play the game legitimately, while it's perfectly ok for somebody with a low voice to scream and make excruciating noises over the mic.

That's why many players mock them and many servers don't want them using voice.
