Admins that think they are above normal players, despite the fact they're not.

You can just mute the game, though.
Not that it should be a problem in the first place.

I don't think you can mute a loading screen.
Or go in options to mute WHILE connecting.

You can't go options while connecting
Anyway I can alt tab and mute it but my gmod crashes if I alt tab while joining a server
Just press f11 to lower your volume
Or function + f11 if you set the function keys to act as normal function keys
or f10 to mute
Oh right, windows. :v:
People who cybersex. Especially in RP servers. And the fact that my enter key will randomly not let me make line breaks/spaces on Facepunch so adding to this list is difficult.

I have a few friends who adminstrate for sewious rp servers. Everytime I ask about, "how was the cybering today?" they stop talking on the mic for a few minutes and reply, "go fuck yourself" and send me notepad files of every incident. The fact that some files actually had evidence of how old some of these people were was a little unsettling.

Can someone just make a script exactly like Pulsar Effect, and release it as Cosmo Effect or something like that?

Also... It's not a computer program. It's a modification for a game which is a modification for another game. Claiming copyright is not applicable because it's not an executable nor is it it's own game.
Another fun thing directly from the US Copyright Office site:
You may submit a work for preregistration only if it meets these three conditions:
1. the work must be unpublished;
2. the work must be in the process of being prepared for commercial distribution in either physical or digital format, e.g., film copies, CDs, or computer programs to be sold online; and
3. the work must be one of the following types:
- motion pictures
- sound recordings
- musical compositions
- literary works being prepared for publication in book form
- computer programs (including videogames)*
- advertising or marketing photographs

Computer Program that may include a videogame
Definition from the copyright law, 17 U.S.C. 101:
A computer program is a set of statements or instructions to be used directly or indirectly in a computer in order to bring about a certain result.
From Compendium of Copyright Office Practices, section 321.03:
The Copyright Office considers source and object code as two representations of the same computer program.
Eligibility: To be eligible for preregistration, it is required that:
creation and fixation of the computer program – i.e., the code – must have already commenced;
the claimant in the work can verify that he has a reasonable expectation that the work will be commercially distributed
In short, PERP is under a bad pre-register. It doesn't follow any legal requirements, and therefore it's playing with a fine line of lawyer involvement.

Copyrighting a modification for a modification for a modification of a game? Absurd.

What gets me mad about these videos is that they aren't even a legitimate review of something new, cool, rarely used and/or original. They are just videos of some shit fucking around with addons which is something that anybody could do, especially considering how easily these mods are available on the Workshop.

I don't think PERP was Pre-Registered, it was registered. Pre-Registration is to protect your work while you're preparing it for publication, it also costs a lot more. ($115).
Anyway, it's not worth suing people over. Unless they generally enjoy wasting money.

Even if it was registered it still doesn't follow the registry code that was placed above.

It's really that bad.

Basicly the PewDiePie of Gmod
And this Venturian guy always comes up in my suggested videos box, so it's fucking annoying when there could be a space there of something I'd actually watch. FUCK YOU YOUTUBE!

I wish suggested videos were optional.
ON TOPIC: Garry's Mod let's plays. It's just so overdone that I rather play the game with a few friends rather than watching a boring, stupid and unfunny video.

You posted guidelines to pre-registering. It doesn't apply to it being registered. It was approved, so clearly it passed their checks. Again, it doesn't matter. It would cost tens of thousands of dollars to sue someone around the world. People can run PERP all they like, just make a counter-claim.
RP servers where you have to donate to do anything other than walk back and forth and cower when the two major factions shoot each other.
RP Servers where the admins make it extremely difficult to get somewhere (on the server I frequent--being a rebel in HL2RP or being a higher-ranked Metrocop) then complain there's not enough of whatever and it's making the general RP experience stagnant.
As a server Operator, people who minge, get warned, then immediately start mingeing again.
People who join a SeriousRP server and ask HOW JOIN REBEL 2 feet away from a metrocop and then complain when they die.
Servers where you pay for admin
DarkRP. Just....DarkRP in general.
The fact that 99% of servers now days have [CUSTOM CONTENT] aka. a shitty clusterfuck of useless crap that 12 year old coders made plastered all over the gamemode
