Every round in every fucking TTT server ever is a fucking RDMfest and makes the game impossible to play. I just played around with some inno running around who blatantly rdmed 7 people, and all he said was "i killed them because their penis was below standard" and the admin just muted them and said "you are getting slay next round"
Since 3 of them were traitors and the admin was a fucking retard and there were 888888 prepubes all crying at him trying to get someone else banned for rdm nothing even came out of it

Once i was a mayor hiding in the Barns, I heard someone loading gun. I got to my car being ready to drive hell out of that place when my SS was opening the door. Well... i drove and got shot, i survived and my SS shot that guy who was behind the door. Then he called admin because he was so upset and butthurt about he got shot when my SS ""didn't"" know where he was (Communication bitch, do ya) Then admin was like "You both shut the fuck up or i ban everyone" He didn't say that but the sounded like he would do that. I said to admin that i told my SS that the guy went behind the another wall and my SS immediately shot him when he came from there. The spot where that guy died, there was 25 bullet holes in the area, just 3m above the dead spot, Which hack shots bullet to nowhere? NONE. Well admin said he let's this thing be. Those rule cryes are just waste of time. I'f i got killed by a rule breaker, JUST FUCKING DEAL WITH IT, IT'S JUST BIT, IT'S WORTHLESS.

The problem is most people can't be assed to actually make a vehicle with ACF. I will admit there is a bit of an issue revolving around ACF (At least, engines and transmissions) being that it takes lots of fiddling around to get them to work well. The only times I ever get engines/transmissions working correctly is when someone breaks the universe and normal physics stop working.

Kinda like the time I was on this RP server. Here's how it went down: I was a gunshop owner in the white store next to the Subway/Theater (Depending on the map version). I was on break and standing outside my shop talking to some guy who wanted a gun when a hitman pops up outa no where and starts shooting a friend of mine. I grab my shotgun and remove the hitman's face. 10 seconds later I get screamed at by a munchkin who'd give a Jawa a run for it's money in a high pitched voice contest.
He was bitching at me for something along the lines of "IT WAS A HIT YOU DUMBFUCK/RDM FAAAAGGG!". He just kept calling me names/demanding the admin ban me while I explained that he was attacking my customers so he got what he deserved.
Didn't get banned so that's a win.
I'm an operator on a roleplay server (don't hate), and I freaking hate it when people argue against rules exceptions that are clearly explained on the forums of the website and admins themselves.
For example, the OTA. Supersoldiers by the standards of the human military, versus a single malnourished (read: stick thin, not getting better any time soon) citizen. It's clearly explained in the OTA information page on the forums that, to an extent, we can powergame when dealing with citizens (for example, we don't need to wait 30 minutes for someone to react to an attempt; and by react I mean /me ninja dodge)
Queue 8 minute whine session of some stereotypically black character bitching in local OOC about how an OTA needs to attempt to shove a citizen into a corner when said OTA was standing in the citizen's blind spot and logically would be too fast and too strong for the citizen to react.
Said citizen returns 20 minutes later, spraying bullets in the street and gets mowed down. GG.

Some servers still have the Ignite and Turret tool, and even others. Perhaps you can find a client side version for single player.

Idk, I use coderhire scripts/addons on my server just because some of the addons look nice, but that's exactly the reason I don't have the word "custom" in my server name.
Anyways, I hate it when people ask me "how do I add this server to my favorites?!?!?". Literally, people ask me this at least 3 times a day.
as for turrets the reason garry removed them because of people using them as a spawnkill-o-matic.
back in gm12 those things where HELL on a server. trust me, I've been there.
btw addons that require css or ep2 but all of the many addons I have seen, not a addon that isn't a wep port or a bite sized toy, does not use tf2
