I have no clue what you're talking about, but if a person/community is SELLING something, then they are opening themselves up to investigation and fines by the IRS for not reporting the income. PROTIP: Don't label the button "BUY VIP". In fact, don't have the word "buy" anywhere nears anything that has to do with the exchange of VIP for money. Always use terms such as "Donation", or "Gift".
this does not work. regardless of what you call it, it's still income and you have to pay taxes on it. paypal reports your income to the irs if you make over 20,000 USD within 200 seperate payments.
When there are only like 4 people on a server like RP and two people just start randomly demoting you and fucking rdming you, then spawn trap you and when an admin comes on they delete everything and leave server. only 4 people active, 1 person is afk so 5 people, 1 admin, 4 active, and I report and the one calls in a friend, the kid that was helping him rdm and demote, and says that you were trying to break into there base and kept nlring and the admin believes it. fucking shit

Aw, I love Acecool, he's always really friendly
I hate it when servers have some form of crafting, but the crafting is nothing short of, "OMG MAKE RIFLE" "OMG MAKE AMMO FOR RIFLE!" or in otherwords, I hate any server that uses a PERP crafting system. [t]http://i.imgur.com/3nwSGkb.gif[/t] Imagine if an RP server forced you to build the components of a weapon. Firing Pin | Bolt Assembly | Magazine Spring/Well | Barrel | Stock | Handguard | Trigger | Screws And when building ammo... Primer(and Chemicals!) | No-Smoke Gunpowder | Shell | Bullet I assure you, if the server had a temporary inventory and permanent banking system, you would see a 90% drop in deathmatching because no one would want to lose a gun that would take around twenty minutes to build one.

Studying film has taught me that people's attention spans have drastically decreased overtime, and nobody would actually watch a film if it drags on for too long. But in this case, nobody would play a gamemode that takes bloody 20 minutes to craft a gun. It would also increase the usage of various scripts to gain advantages over other players, as well as decrease the chances of you losing your gun, or wasting your ammo.
Good point. Still though, a system which could at least put variables into the gamemode that make combat less "rewarding" than it is currently would be a massive benefit. Not to mention the current Cops Vs Robber gamemodes that are in Garry's Mod, have players grinding money printers for a few hours before doing anything enjoyable. The one thing I figure is that if an RP gamemode was to allow players to harvest resources to make items, and gave certain unscripted goals(ie. Build your first weapon), you could influence players doing things in the gamemode. Another method would be to add other things into the gamemode that would detract away from the gamemode being solely PVP. Possibly PVE elements or adding minigames that allow players to play against other players, but not go about just killing them. I made a suggestion in the "Ideal DarkRP server" about adding a WarMelons type twist to DarkRP, as well as adding a Skyrim alchemy table system in which players can grow and harvest ingredients for use in potions, and they can take these potions to use as enchantment buffs for growing combat melons. This way players have an RTS/Base Building aspect, but the aspect isn't RP, but rather a more mad scientist type gamemode.
When admins ban you for false reasons like mass rdm when you rdm 1 person
When admins ban you for false reasons like mass rdm when you rdm 1 person
Don't RDM?
Don't RDM?
That's not the point, the point is the punishment doesn't fit the crime.
And when you get kicked/ban without being told why, it's counterintuitive
When people use the word minge, but they don't actually know what it means, they just heard it from DarkRP from "prop minging"
When people use the word minge, but they don't actually know what it means, they just heard it from DarkRP from "prop minging"
It was the default name is the old Gmod , right ?
Back in the days before the steam name was used, yeah.

Elitism towards beginning scripters because they aren't "Real Lua coders" like the ones on someone's friends list.
And when you get kicked/ban without being told why, it's counterintuitive
E.G. the ninety-something percent of severs running ULX which doesn't show the reason when you connect.
Anti cheats that ban you because you have a lua file
when people say they can code but they really cant even make a .lua file http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1254727&p=44960753#post44960753
People who rub shit in your face for a kick, even after you've admitted it.

Admins that abuse the "disrespect" rule
WarMelons doesn't exist anymore. What I have been thinking, is that DarkRP has War Melons tied into the gamemode. Instead of Money Printers, you have Melon Infantry printers. This creates the standard infantry, and you can send them to an entity called a "Melon Gym" which trains the Melons for a certain type of job such as the jet fighters and tanks. On top of this, you can farm other plants and vegetables that can be turned into potions that can be put into a Melon Feeder which gives enchantments and buffs to a certain number of Melons. These Melons will be enchanted with certain things like fire bonuses, increased fire rates, speed, ect. Players would have massive battles over doomforts and stuff, and the government would have "GI Melons" that they print in the Nexus that can be sent to battle the rebel Melon armies. In otherwords... It would be an awesome gamemode. :D

The fact GMod freezes for about fucking three hours when I launch it.
Lack of updates ....
