Not sure if anyone would do it for free at least, maybe someone out there with a good heart but you seem to have a lot to do. I'd say to start working on it yourself and try your best and hopefully someone sees your determination and decides to help you out.(Or you could pay someone to do it)
I definitely wouldn't expect to do this for free XD If this project gets bigger and more serious, I would most likely pay others in Bitcoin.
This is a lot of work and will most likely take several months if not longer. Nice idea but I don't think it will ever come to fruition.
