GM14 won't happen, GM will continue to remain abandoned as garry has monetized Rust keys with a completely BS system of pricing that is putting the average price per key around 40-45$ which will make him a shit ton more money than GM ever could because there's no valve split.

I think for gmod 14 we will have full support of the oculus rift, but then no gamemode will use it. Woot :V
There will be a backwords time warp in garry's subconscious and everything will be reverted back to gmod 11 and will have a completely new engine that will never lag. Also there will be zero updates because the game will become "perfect".
In gmod 14 there wont be 3d graphics, Garry will make the game text-based.

GMod will run the Half-Life 3 engine.
It will come out on PS4 and include Portal 2 engine, as well as a portal gun ported straight from Portal 2. You will also get every game for free for GMOD to use them, now you get Portal weapons, entities, props, etc and same with every other game.
It will only be available from origin, and you pay a monthly fee for every addon you subscribe to to EA. the engine will be replaced by CODS "next gen" engine as well, and the pc port will be worse than gta 4.
Kids will still shit on the workshop with sex poses, server crashers, things that require a fuckload of addons and supposed npc's that are ragdoll models manipulated to a random npc.
The only authorized maps will be shitty Downtown variations, and random sex pose dupes will appear anywhere on the map.
Better GUI, more programming advantages, better physics, more bugs and random things that make this game what it is.
Rust will be a gamemode for Garrysmod.

It will be based around half life 3 and as a result will never be released.

WAC and Scars type functionality will be included by default. More game modes because people will complain about changes and you'll have to entertain them somehow. Including a horde game mode consisting of NPC's with huge grins holding various guns, because people don't spend enough time trying to kill things. The secret boss is a Gman that can't be killed, as a result people post "longest alive records" on youtube and make money. As a result the Gman boss is made harder just to mess with people.
All of this is blind speculation and I'm probably 100% wrong.
A brand new high-definition red error model will be shipped with the game. Also the GSex gamemode, a multiplayer sex simulation gamemode, will replace everything that previously came with GM13. Oh and addons will be made paid, costing x4 of the original game's cost.
