He is probably just using the same anti-cheat, but some things that mess up your system are removed Even if he isn't, I don't think anyone wants to test it.
IMO Banning someone for using cheats is PERFECTLY fine.
Banning someone for having cheats in their gmod? Maybe its fine.
But going as far as replacing/modifying/deleting/etc. your files? This is way too far.

Yes hex's AC did used to mess with peoples system files, but that was YEARS ago it hasn't done that for ages... Even back THEN It did not "hack your bios" or do anything like that, lies lies lies from the anti-hex brigade, Don't go around spreading lies fam.
All it did these days until VERY recently is rebind your keys and if you had cheat files it would upload them to the website. Now it doesn't even rebind your keys all that happens if you get banned.

i think theyre all alt accounts, theyre all from uk and new accounts that made this month
modifying their files in any way should have them immediately revoked from playing the game on steam
he used the game to create a destructive trap that even when in a cheating group and not cheating, you still get caught by it if you go into his shitty server
