He is forced to block cvar3 even if you don't use it its just too big of a risk.

Why not ban them if they require it or use it to bypass convar callbacks? Just having it isn't harmful.
As stated he doesn't want anything to do with cheaters even if you cheated 20 years ago or longer he just Doesn't want them on his server. And it would be too risky removing that feature because people could find a way to use the module without lua which hac cant detect then
In short: Hac can't detect c++ cheats and if he made it so modules are allowed people could make c++ cheats with modules and get away with it

Just wanted to mention that the code you linked to simply just fucks your gmod up a little bit by editting stupid shit. Nothing happens to your Windows files, those strings are only there to spook people like you and 0x45 (thats hex for 69 huehuehue).
Honestly, it's kind of naive to think that somebody who's willing to use exploits in his anti-cheat, which can fuck up your settings, would only utilize it on cheaters.
He's clearly enjoying it a bit too much, and even waits for people to arrive, just to ban them afterwards, as evident by his channel.

All these things are irrelevant. What's relevant here are the exploits. We need not argue about whether hex would use such exploits. Even if he's the latest prophet from whatever Abrahamic religion, someone else would abuse them as soon as they knew about it.
Mad parakeet made a good point by saying he joined the server, but just crashed. It's quite possible that those exploits were turned off after hex saw this thread. It would make sense, since last time threads were created about his exploits, they actually got fixed. If that's the case, how are we going to find the exploits?
It's a responsibility thing. No matter how much a server owner hates a certain group of individuals, designing your server to specifically damage their copy of the game, wipe their work or otherwise doesn't put the right foot forward. Reporting exploits can keep us all safe from errant lua viruses or other malicious content in GMOD, and keeping those exploits to onesself for the somewhat childish task of breaking someone else's shit seems dumb.
It encourages a silly arms race where instead of someone eating a ban, they eat something big enough to where they'll consider amping up their aggression to another level. That doesn't solve this issue and encourages more damaging modules to exist.
I don't cheat, but after seeing what HeX's Anticheat can do to players that join his server, I wouldn't join it even if I was squeaky clean.
Because I didn't get to post this yesterday: to the post saying that no banned person ever makes a thread about it because the ban is "legit", I would like to say that people like me never make a thread about it because it's not worth the effort needed for something as shitty as SkidCheck.
I'm literally banned by it for being part of the "BigServerMen" group back when it was basically a meme and a huge joke group.

Hex isn't crazy, In fact that sounds like a great idea as all DarkRP servers are cancer and the gamemode is cancer! I would gladly join Hex on a war against the RP servers destroying each one to come, they HAVE ruined gmod don't even try to deny it. It's not hypocritical at all.
Put yourself in Hex's posistion, You own a server and it is EMPTY all day long because everyone is just interested in DarkRP and TTT, of course he has the right to be mad at those servers for taking away his playerbase to such a cancerous gamemode!
