I've never built a kart in Garry's Mod, does anyone have some beginner resources and or tutorials? This actually seems very interesting and would love to participate in the next one once I know more.

Hi. I made upstatespeedway about 3 years ago and I wasn't really aware it was still in use and want to update it. I'm fixing some missing textures and smoothing parts of roads out, along with some collisions fixes, is there anything else I should focus on? Message me on Steam if necessary. (I probably won't be frequenting this server...I'm kind of a Gmod multiplayer newbie)

Wow didn't expect to see you here. Yeah the main issue people have been complaining about is how some sections of the road are quite bumpy - enough to make you lose grip and fly off the track. Maybe you could also brighten that underground build room? Other than that, it's an awesome map!

Can you give a rough estimate in how many hours? Being in a completely different time-zone throws me off when you say, 'tonight'.

While I sadly was not able to participate, it seemed like this was a well organized event with creative vehicles entering (more of that!!). Round of applause to Guy who handled this all well - hope to see another event like this in the future.

I too, was unable to participate, mainly due to the fact I had no idea what was going on and when mainly because my timezone is fucked.
Those count-down things really help for me and probably others like me.
It looked fun though.
