Cool. I've been considering making some sort of package management module for Gmod. Was thinking about making it able to install/uninstall/mount workshop addons, git repositories, downloaded addons, etc. Might actually go ahead with it since this exists.
damn now i need to write an proper description of my shitty scripts.
Would it be appropriate to point to GitHub's zip download links for the external? E.g. https://github.com/MattJeanes/TARDIS/archive/master.zip
A way to update addons would be nice, rather than doing the whole "make a new download every time you make an update". Could have something to do with Github (as in above).

I hope this picks up, I missed the good ol' days.
Everytime I try to upload it keeps telling me something went wrong.
Wew, great work man. Only thing I can say is that visual is pretty ugly tbh, the toolbar seems pretty oversized and the hole thing isn't very sleek also not digging the excessive use of pink.
Fixed uploads breaking when uploading a file and also added disqus (which you'll be automatically logged in to).
A way to update addons would be nice, rather than doing the whole "make a new download every time you make an update". With this you'll still have to make a download manually though, but if you constantly use github releases this is a quality of life improvement.
You can already link directly to any file on the web, but I'll add support to update the link through web hooks.
I dont know why but it reminds me of the toybox
Great work. It's nice to see an addon website that isnt garrysmod.org and doesnt charge you to upload things. Few criticisms though: [t]http://i.imgur.com/2Kau4Kp.png[/t] Sorry for the bad PS job. For the record, my monitor is 1920x1080, no I do not browse in fullscreen.

I was designing for 1366x768 (as it's the most common screen size) and up, as well as going to support tablet/mobile. Your screen is a middle territory I didn't really account for. That said, I've reduced the header and footer as well as some font sizes for screen in that range. Mobile/tablet will be done soon.
I hope someone uploads the cow_npc_v1.1.zip model that was on Garry's Mod awhile ago.
I wish we could get all the files from the old garrysmod.org back on here :/

All the uploads are now aligned properly so that makes me happy. Good work .
Still getting a "Whoops, looks like something went wrong."
Amazing work Adam. This'll definitely help out the people who hate using workshop and just want direct access to the files without having to unpackage the .gma and all that jazz.
You were? I use that size and to me it feels excessively large.
I meant as a minimum. Wide rather than tall. I'm on 2560x1440 so I'm a bit biased.
Still getting a "Whoops, looks like something went wrong."
Same here, file was 62mb.
I find that the size of your elements (text especially) is absolutely perfect at 163 pixels/inch. It feels rather large when dipping below that. Wide resolutions tend to be wasting space along the X-axis, though. For reference, this image is within 27" of space: http://i.imgur.com/oVoohvS.jpg.
And then, adamburton said, "let there be addons": and there were addons
adam, I can't dismiss or reply to reports. ufix?
I think there should be a section just for original garrysmod.org uploads. so like the uploader wont be credited and it'll have like a banner saying it was from garrysmod.org. I have a some useful, handy things people will wanna use, but I didn't create them and I don't know the author.
Having issues uploading (Whoops error). Map file (in a zip). 18 mb.
Seeing this just makes me wanna cry in joy.
