For some reason my old logs refuse to recognize any logs outside of January and most of February of this year. The addon was installed in November of last year and the addon is still creating the logs, but it is not reading them. Here are some pictures showing the logs and the files. Go to data/damagelog and delete everything in there but the weapontable file. You don't need logs from that long ago.
the thing thats really annoying about this is the menu that pops up every time you die, if that menu was handled in a better way and let you aim then it would improve all of the servers that use it.

Then just make an advert saying type !report to report rdm and to respond to an rdm report after closing it type !respond.

I'm pretty sure that happens if you don't list every rank in the configuration file. It's a known bug though, Tommynator hasn't gotten to fixing it yet

Hey I downloaded it to my server and it works but i am owner and whenever someone types !report it says no admins online??? But i can view logs whenever i want including when the round is going. So please tell me how to fix it

Also, did damagelog stop saving old logs for anyone else? It stopped saving logs to disk on July 2nd. I don't know if it has to do with a Garry's Mod update or what.

Got a question, but I haven't read through eeeevery post so it might have been answered already. Is there a place I can edit the size of the rdm manager gui? It always cuts off the staff members name that is dealing with the reports such as "In Progress by S" Is there a lua file I can edit to make it wider? Edit: After Poking around I found the file that adjusts the whole size, but I can't seem to find where the columns for victim/reported etc. in the rdm manager tab is... Edit #2 I found it and man...this gui code makes me want to redo it so it's not magic numbers all over the place... K so I'll upload the version I just finished editing since it has all the gui looking nice again (and was a HUGE pain in the ass to edit all over the place.) Overall, gotta say thanks for making the addon in the first place, I love having it on the server and this was just something that had been bothering me for a while when using it.

It's weird that the old logs show up for a few of the months but not the rest
It was suggested on the last page, and I can confirm that it works if you just delete the older logs. I'm going to keep around a months worth, and just constantly go in and delete them manually. they are stored in data/damagelogs/logs then the dates by year/month/day
I have a problem, my admins can open the damagelog menu but they can not open the RDM manager, is there anything i can do to let them use the RDM manager?
Hey could the old logs be sorted by time? Its currently a scrambled mess. If not thats cool, these damagelogs are amazing and I cant imagine staffing a TTT server without them.
Sorry for ignoring this for the past months but after all the CH shit I'm going back to it now. I started working on a new version - free of course - using MySQL allowing you to view the old logs and the current logs in real time from a web server (if anyone is good with php or web design stuff feel free to help). It will also improve the RDM Manager and add some features like visualizing the last 10 seconds of a death scene (5 FPS or something like that). ETA is 2 weeks (valve time).

It now uses MySQL and you won't have problems with logs disappearing anymore. 1. Better shot log syncing? I always find myself confused with reviewing who shot first if whenever I need to - the time doesn't seem to be correct on the shots 2. Small issue, but when alot of logs accumulate over time and you open the F8 menu it will lag for a second before opening - maybe have an option to disable log saving? 3. Another issue, couldn't seem to see the RDM reports on join you'd have to wait for a while for them to be visable Just a few imperfections I thought of, I can't really think of any other features because there's pretty much everything needed already
Occasionally I have multiple moderators on the server at the same time, and people accidentally get slain more than they are supposed to. Maybe in the same menu add a remove slaynr? Or also a feature in the menu that tells you who currently has it open. Thanks

By the way, I also added a small window that pops up to the victim after the reported player has answered, allowing the victim to see the response and forgive the player. And the reported players will now have to type a minimum of 10 characters and can't close the window. Thanks[/QUOTE] I would suggest getting your mods to set reports to "in progress" right away, if they're looking at it. This stops multiple mods / admins looking at the same report. I own a ttt server since 4 years and the way we deal with rdmers is pretty original. We actually jail them during one round and if they're afk for more than 30sec, it automatically jails them the next round. We start banning after 3 jails ; so this way they are punished but they can still play. If they get slain they just have to watch a video or whatever they want to wait for the round to end and they just don't care. STEEZE also has an interesting idea, he simply forces them to play without weapons. Concerning your suggestion, I'm not sure if that's a good idea.
