To make this mod the absolute best all you need to do is immitate exactaly what night eagle did with the weapon firing modes, make the crosshair react like night eagles when you jump etc; fix the missized crosshairs, and change the control scheme to: right click = aim; use+right click = weapon special ability; use+left click = change firing modes. make these changes and it would be the ultimate css mod

Offtopic - Oh my god tepholman has 666 smartness. he's the devil! ontopic - These are really good. So much better than garrys and CSE. They act like proper CS:S weapons.

Wish I had gmod on me. I am thinking of making CS:S exactly but as a gamemode, so you can change stuff in it. :D
I like bullet sweps less. Sorry but I am not going to download this. Maybe if you make it have a special purpose like in a css gamemode with the bomb and such...

Nevermind, v5 isn't going to be the last one... hehe. So far for v6, I changed the spread for bullets to be instead of just one set amount, I made it where you start at say 0, and the longer you shoot, it gets more inaccurate, and when you stop firing for a while, it gets back to normal accuracy, etc. I also did some stuff for the crosshairs, now they are more dynamic, so it shows how inaccurate the gun is. And, you can change the color! :D So far you pretty much have every color you can think of, there's the original green, my blue, white, black, brown, pink, yellow and red, I think. And, you can get rid of them altogether if you really want to. Right now, I'm spending like half a day on each individual weapon to make sure they work properly, and act like CS:S. So far, I've finished the fiveseven, deagle, famas, ak47, awp, and hegrenade. I was also thinking about a console command called rcs_enhanced, when set to 1, the guns get more features, instead of the basic counter strikeiness of it. For example, the pump shotgun's secondary fire could kind of be like the HL2's, and maybe give burst fire and silencers to guns which normally don't have that (silencable ak47, anyone?) Yeah.
The scopes work, but for some reason, it doesn't zoom anymore, which kind of ruins the point of the snipers.
fixed that in v6. -made the scope less confusing (without that water thingy), but you can change it back via console var. -i cleaned up the code by a LOT, so it will work extremely efficiently, with virtually no bugs. -i fixed the problem where the dual elites don't shoot the correct pistol, was a lot simpler than I thought it was going to be, just change self.ViewModelFlip each time you shoot, LOL. -made ironsights actually USEFUL, it zooms in a bit, and has a little white dot in case if you are using a skin -changed the blue killicon that I thought was cool back to the original one -added a cool effect for the weapon selection icon(when you're switching in your inventory) -automatic reloading feature (so when you have 0 ammo left it automatically reloads for you instead of having to manually press R) and some other stuff i forgot.
The shotguns are still reloading weirdly, but it's pretty close to CS:S, as far as most CSS SWEPs go.
v6 is released. It's pretty much everything I described above. It's different than the Hostage Identity version.. Also, PLEASE read the readme. You did good making this pack, the weapons really emulate the ones in CS:S. And for everyone questioning the point of SWeps...their just guns, and like anything used as a weapon, you're going to want to kill something with them.

What is wrong?[/QUOTE] Ummm, did you go to C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\** USER NAME **\garrysmod\garrysmod\lua\ and delete all the rcs_ stuff you find in there.
the weapons are really nice, but if you just hold mouse1 you will recognize that the weapons ( ak, m4 ) just went from left to right and back :| that's not a real recoil effect

I guess garry's CS guns are fake :(
