If god mode is enabled in the server, players shouldn't take damage while feigning death. Fix fix.

Please make it store angles so you get back up in the same way you were pointing. Also set notarget as well (for added realism)

How about making certain props not hurt you when you fall on them? Because I like jumping off buildings onto mattresses, and I usually die doing that. :v: And maybe making you fall in the direction your walking?

I also realized BlackNecros idea + you will also get pushed away when touching the ground. [B]And now some funny thing:[/B] You can body slam the NPCs :P You run in front of them hit the feign death key and they will be knocked down ( needs a bit training ). But you will die when godmode is off :( ( Have to find a good way around this ) the NPCs sometimes also flip into the air. As diwako said the "notarget" thing is also build in. Sounds really nice, but I would prefer a console command because I sometimes actually use the walk key. I'll try it anyway.
As I said I'm working on the console commands. I will also add one to enable/disable this script ;)
Found a Bug, if you spam the walk button you either end up crashing your game or make a bomb of weapons that explode in 1 place Kind of funny, with the weapons exploding, but lags like hell -Teaqu

I can't wait, i'm making some ragdall fall maps... IDEA: maybe, (make a seperate addon) ability to controle the ragdoll forward or instead, pressing the jump button makes the ragdoll spaz for a half a second... it doesn't make the ragdoll fly up or anything just makes it like giving it electrick shock one of those 2 things could be fun! PS, didn't thought you'd replie so fast... i just crashed my game a 4th time within 25 mins... just to confirm the "don't spam walk button" -Teaqu

I actually think I can find you a script that has first-person rag doll view. You could work with that I suppose, but I can't say who created it, but it may be in the script.

I do know how to do it ;) It's just the way that you can't set player:Spectate( MODE ) at the same time where you use the "CalcView" hook, or I'm doing something wrong :/
Cool script, but I found one problem with the weapons thing. Say I feign death with a pistol, I come back, I get back my pistol. But then someone else on the server feigns death, come back, and are given a pistol.
This is also in "Army of Two" now i shall call it Army of gmod because of the feign death :)

Does this work with rag spec? Edit: Never mind, just read the readme.
Are you panning to do another version? Maybe have a little rag doll control in the next version, so you can slowly move towards an unsuspecting target. Just an idea anyway. Also, because of the fact that I have to finish my presentation for my job, I can't work that much on this. You can expect the next update on Thursday or Friday, it depends on the progress ;)
You can feign death off of hoverboards :v:
You can give yourself weapons while feigning death - and use them too.

Also I hope first person would be an option too.

I hope that the ragdoll camera on this is fixed. The new Gmod update screwed it up.
Yea I mentioned that too, when I was working on the script. And played around. I hope I can fix this and find another way to solve the problem.

What does this command do in the console? Entered it in the console, with a zero (disabling it), hoping to fix this view glitch (first person view being messed up), the console said "Eye view disabled". I tried it, and I still get first person view! [code] FD_EyeView [/code] exactly as it was in console (without entering 0, of course).
