I've found 2 fixes for this: 1. Enhanced AI, basically like this, but for AI Noded maps only. 2. NPC Rocket Launcher, ya. Self explainitory.
After the next release, is it possible to make NPCs attempt to take cover under heavy fire? By heavy, I mean like 5 machine guns firing at them at once, or an RPG being fired at them. They should take cover and occasionally stand up and shoot.

I have a question, it's me or the NPC are completely stupid on server side ? I have tested and with a new installation on dedicated server some NPC look at down and up non stop and slide for moving. Some one know why the NPC do this ?
Manhacks are completely SCREWED server-side. When you spawn them they're fine (sometimes), but if they do not come out fine / you manipulate them in any way, they go flying off in one direction, crash into something and die. Weird.

Well... i have downloaded the AI and installed it,when i start a map it works perfectly, everything exept the tools. I can,t use a single tool when i have the AI installed. i can hold the tools but not use them. Any idea wath to do to fix that?
Um, my guess is that it's a conflicting or out-of-date addon. I used to have this problem too, think it was a Gmod.org Adv Dupe STool that screwed it up. But that's probably your problem, as I'm currently using extra NPCs, Enhanced, AI, and all SB stuff without a hitch.

You should make the antlions get out of the way when there's a antlion guard. Why i say this is because the antlions SPLATTER! PS: it would be cool if you made this BIG, and maybe have a Burrowing antlions (tickbox activated, off by default) where the antlions burrow and unburrow closer to the player if the player is VEEERY far. Maybe also some manhack self destruct dive-bomb like the scanner (dmg=divebomb) And a tickbox that says "squads only have 1 npc type" or something so you can have combine fight organized. The elites are 1 squad, prisonguards are another, metrocops are like scouts or somethin? regular soldiers are another squad. It would be cool if you also made it so that you can choose if zombies make squads, because you may want stupid shambling zombies. Lets see umm... maybe the birds too? just for fun.

I wanted to put some NPCs in a space ship (That doesn't move) and see how well it works.
I donno, but I find it way cool that the zombies move around anything they can't push/move. Shows me not to hide behind a crate wall. Sad face.

Wow, this is great for n00b maps without nodes. Some great maps are just ruined because of they're lack of AI nodes.

Would it be possable to have an option to make the npcs have longer visibility/ shoot because there is a flag for that in hammer.

I got an suggestion: It would be kickass if combine can jump down with zip line (Remember hl2 episode 1)
