i have a bug to report (i dont know if it was already reported) every time i go into ragdoll form the camera gose right inside the belly of my ragdoll and i cant move it to change my veiw i can still open the chute and move my person but the camera dosnt move the way its supposed to i deleted the sent and redownloaded it (along with Gmod because of constant crashes) so i thought it would work but like an idiot i was wrong beyond anything i could think of

Hey guys... can somebody recode it to other button... because anybody needs SPRINT button! For BASE jumping an example. You have to run and jump! Because you can hit an ostacle with low speed!
By the way... will be awesome to have an ability to change to firstperson ragdoll view! To have realistic felling! To see your hands and anything... just 1st person view from ragdoll! Not from player.
But not forever! Make a command like "parachute_view 0" for thirdperson and "parachute_view 1" for first person.
The parachute now works, without having to use "sv_cheats 1". The gmod update fixed it.

And then going back to normal too, skipping the parachute.
I know that's missing the whole point of this sent, but this script is the closest thing I've gotten to a controllable ragdoll to follow people around with.

i don't get the "inside" the ragdoll, when i jump, its more like the ragdoll goes faster then the camara. So if i jump off a cliff, my camara will be half ways while my ragdoll will hit the ground, anyone knows a fix for that?

Do you think it's possible to freeze the arms in a special position when in skydiving mode? And then release the freeze when the parachute opens? Is this possible by lua?
I've had another thought aswell. What if you could make this into a gamemode? Wich would let you choose the parachute you would like to use. I've seen skins of the parachute model on garrysmod.org. What if we hexed those and included them? I've thought about this for a while. :excited:

Then request the animation in the animation topic (look the the Lua section).

Because you have to press <sprint>, first time to go into ragdoll mode, second time to open the parachute.

I love playing on gm_oceanskydive, relaxing on the beach, populating the islands (with npcs of course) and of course, skydiving, but I had to kill myself to ragdoll, and now I don't have to!
This mod rocks!
For the gamemode, you could die if you hit the floor at a certain velocity, and the last one to open their parachute wins.
Open it too early and you'll lose, open it too late and you'll die!
Oh and, to the people who want to attatch it to props, just find the model and rope it to them.
