I said there was no option to enable it, as in there is not option inside the Q menu.

I can acquire the killstreaks, but when I go to use them it just shows ERROR, and when I try to switch weapons it basically breaks everything. =/

As said before conflicting addon. If I had to guess it would be that hud you have on there.
with me the predator missile works fine, but then the harrier... When I use it I don't get the bombers at first, it just spawns a harrier floating 2 feet of the ground, the AC130 does nothing when I use it, but for some reason if I use it my arms switches to the left side and let's me hold a pistol and it stays like that forever until I die could you help me out?

Yeah before making a final release, I suggest you fix all of these problems; btw, I still have the harrier problem.

Although it seemed like as if there are not enough bombs, but there are.

Here is the Stealth Bomber. It does not attack exactly the way it does in MW2, but it does drop a lot of bombs in a straight line.

If you get close enough, your screen will shake violently, as well as stunning and muffling you, very similar to MW2
(Note that I had GOD on, hence I was able to get under the bomb without receiving damages)

We had also made lots of changes to other killstreaks. I have also significantly reworked the AC130 such as adjusting the camera zoom levels, and the minigun rounds makes a beautiful explodsive-like impact effect as illustrated below

Hm. It seems okay, but when death dealer was working on it on his own it was rubbish, as soon as B1N4RY! joined in, it became quite nice.

The ac-130 dosnt work because it just comes up as an error and dosnt go to the overview and the harrier stays in the center of the map and i cant choose where it is placed. i have also downloaded the fix and it still dosnt work. help?
i think that the halo longsword model would a nice replacement for the b2 spirit

Predator Missile, and AC-130 work fine, but when I use UAV the screen goes blurry. Plus, the Harrier just doesn't work at all. And I get a lot of errors when I try to use the Predator and Harrier.
EDIT: I can't bind Use_KillStreak either, i have to type it in the console.

If you get LOTS of errors and have problem with the camera when using killstreaks, chances are that you have a conflicting addon. The killstreaks works flawlessly on a clean install
To fix the blurry screen while using the UAV, disable motion blur
