Neat! Just 'member that this pack kinda lags, so maps without too much infrastructure and background goings-on would be best.
College starts in three days, along with ROTC. So expect a significant slow down in work on this.

i gotta admit that the svn is a little confusing because most people think that you just name a folder in addons and svn checkout it well here it is like lot of other folders that you dont even need to have in addons. like thoose files that looks like something you need if you are gonna edit the svn or something
I'm having some trouble installing. I've used SVNs before, and most of the time they work, but only the manual download from Gamefront works.
I get the feeling I've made a really, really retarded mistake in installation, but I didn't see much regarding the SVN files in the OP.

I wrote a little instruction thing in the OP attempting to tell you how to use the SVN, but then again I don't know exactly what happens when people use the SVN.
Whatever folder has models/materials/sounds/lua/info in it, just put [i]that[/i] folder into addons.

Thanks. If and when Garry's Mod stops being such a bitch and stops crashing on start-up, I'll see if it's worked.

Fix't. Works fine, but I seem to have run into a bug, though it might have something to do with my other addons: basically, I can't go to the pause menu, the console, or team-chat. It's pretty nasty, and I don't know how to fix it. It may have happened before (memory's a little fuzzy), so it might not have anything to do with you.

That's happened to me before. IT was when I joined a server that was completely broken. The server didn't have my pack in it.
Hey, I was wondering if you could add a command for clients to disable it
Like have JackarundaRunEffect 1 for clients and JackarundaForceRunEffect 0 for server
When the forceruneffect is 0 the client can chose to enable/disable it 1 = they dont have a choice

Another bug I found: SharpeYe Focus seems to not function as it should when I'm holding one of your SENTs. The camera just spazzes out when the reticule reaches the border of the screen.
Other than that, great pack.

I don't have proper magazine models for some weapons. I had to recolor, reskin and use dynamic props to attempt to change the size and shape of magazines to more closely resemble the mags they're supposed to be. Get me some nice models (I dare you) and I'll deal with it.

So I Put a server up for everyone to try Jackarunda's Sweps in a Multiplayer Server Environment.
It's just a standard server with no other scripts running besides some admin stuff (ULX) and 1 other weapon pack.
Please let me know if you want me to change or add something...
The server is setup to jacks SVN so please have the latest version!
I do have a HTTP link for all you SVN illiterates... if Jack doesn't mind me giving it out...

I started getting an overheat effect on a pistol after only 10 shots.
None of the reload noises play.
The weapons' anims play only like half the time and mostly just cut in and out.
The weapons' firing noises play about half a second after you fire, along with the shellejections.
Recoil from shotguns causes me to look at the sky.
Get spammed with client errors when using shotguns, something about the ammo tables failing to set clientside.
When I switch to slugs the shotty still fires multiple projectiles.
Overheat effect on dropped weapons attaches to whatever entity was spawned last.
Flashbang jacks up my vision but doesn't actually flash me.
To test the shields, I tried to throw a table at myself, which crashed gmod.

I want to get poison made. Right after that I have to start the intensely long and mind-numbingly arduous process of adding ammo types for all the things other than shotguns.

Hmm, to ease the trouble of making ammo types, (i'm going on the fact that i don't know if you are doing this or will) Why not just take the code for the ammo types you've already made? Reconfigure a little, and that should be it.

It's about 70% not the same. Shotguns reload one round at a time, and their reload isn't governed by Source. All magazine weapons use stock-Source reload sequences. It's just as complicated as the shotgun ammotypes, but in an almost entirely different way.
Also, I'm not even sure I'm done with shotgun ammotypes. The majority of modern shotguns can handle 3" magnum shells... I'm wondering if I should put in magnum variants of each ammotype for shotties. As in, more power a the cost of more recoil, noise and firing heat.
