I don't want to make a stupid thread for one simple question that could possibly lead to a ban.[/QUOTE] fine. you win. i really don't know the exact time it will be released because i work on it when ever i want to. so instead, i'll tell you what has and hasn't been done. the system is pretty basic right now. it launches you down, you can toggle override, you can maneuver the pod you can trigger the chute animations. the chute won't slow you down yet, the view from inside or the pod is kinda weird, there is no eye candy or fancy stuff like the smoke. the pod's automated landing system hasn't been implemented so the pod needs to be controlled manually. you won't get hurt from being in the pod and landing at high speeds. and finally, you can't see the player's model inside to pod yet. i hope this answers your question. next time pm me.
Well, be sure to announce the new thread here(when it is started of cource...)
This one needs to have a first person view with a window, and a third person view so you can see your pod.

For the ODST pod, in the book Cole Protocol, they have a function where all pods, if they fuck up the landing, can use spare rocket fuel set aside for this, do a short jump to rearrange themselves in a better place. Really, the jump height should be about half on gm_construct high and 3/4 gm_construct in distance. And good luck on your pod, will DL the second it's released!
