Aska is no longer working on this, a fan who didn't want to see the project die has been working on this and uploaded it to the Workshop, I would assume they update it whenever they get the chance to, so just subscribing to the workshop is enough, the SVN is no longer being updated, everything you need is in the Workshop download.
