hmm, ok. I didnt really mean any offence to you and charlie, it was just an example. Btw, it wasnt a rage, I only told him he couldve used his common sense and looked in the wiki, that is hardly raging.
So, is there any way to make CAP less laggy on servers? Is there some for of quality deduction or something that will improve its speed? Me and my group is hosting a server, and we really want to use CAP, but it always lags us to death.

[IMG]http://puu.sh/1Lool[/IMG] Umm, is it normal when 2 shields don't collide? Currently it's like in the 1st part of the picture, shields collide with stuff inside of other's shields, i think it would be better if they collide one of another like in second part.

Nice thought though!

Nice thought though![/QUOTE] It isn't hard nor CPU heavy at all, just get 2 shields, store their size (radius) in 2 variables, add those 2 variables together in a variable named HAKWUDH, get distance between shield emitters and if distance < HAKWUDH then collide. Of course check if both shields are on.

But i think this still isn't very good idea, imho. Also i havn't free time to do anything with cap (and havn't desire).

@ boba - that idea, yeah, it was mine (although I just havent idea how to code it :D) @cart - the idea with them NOT colliding when they join, is that people can place multiple shields in large space stations, and not having shields collide with the space station, and not having to walk through that shields, even if they place immunity - the effect can still be annoying. Also, the way to stop people with shields colliding with the shields and getting in, is that shields will only 'clip' eachother off if they are activated like that, else after, they will just bash into eachother.

Um, this is not true. You can find many pages in the past that I have not made posts.. my 323 posts where not in 2-3months, but about 10 months. Most of the time I am either taking part in a discussion, or helping newbies. So if you looked closely, you would find that I post only relevantly. But if you wish, I will try and say less in this thread, only I will not ignore someone asking for help, or not take part in a discussion when I feel I have something to contribute.

I'm getting a bug, i'm frozen in verifying gmod on CAP Forums, and ingame the bug is: I can see other peoples stargate models, but i can't spawn them, the Stargate tab aint showing up, but when i join the server i get the Terms And Conditions, anyone able to help me?

Its can't be auto-saved. Already said this many times... You really should read prev pages...
