if you look at the top 1, its a little blue. it was only silver because he was so up close to it and he was on another planet (a desert planet looking for lime).

Okay, so i made new event horizon for universe gate and a new flickering horizon for universe gate and normal gate (i just rendered clouds over normal horizon lol). Note: Flickering textures are different.

its called the Omni Gate[/QUOTE]Yes, the Omni gate would be a good addition to CAP. When i saw it i loved it. It would take to much coding and work however and i doubt CAP people will ever do it.
I think CAP has too much gates (The infinity gate is "one over infinite" and propably no fuck uses it [ps. i hate it]) and CAP is no place for concept gates, maybe another pack only for this kinda stuff?
EDIT:
As you can see in the videos, they are using 2 different unstable vortexes, so i am going to leave mine as it is. (Maybe make it a little brighter?)

Its not a matter of code its a mater of Model and Texture, like mentioned about the other gate include request the gate's you post are NOT made for GMOD or any game they are made for rendering meaning it would require a full re-model full re-texturing and than coding it to get it decently in game and as its not cannon it would not make it on our to do lists!
How ever if someone would make the gate fully Gmod compatible we would add it ofc!

um... i sometimes use the infinity gates, and CAP seems to be dieing anyway so maybe some new gates would be a good thing even if they weren't in the show

it is confirmed cap is going to die. they are makeing a new pack for gmod 13 when it comes out.
cap works with 13 but wont be the main pack for it

no the universe gate dials 9 chev. to dial any non-universe gate (not meaning the group i mean the gate)
also the omni gate did have 8 lol, but if it is made it doesn't have to be exact . it could be made with 9

I thing you version of unstable vortex is sucks and what right now in cap is better IMHO (and also like in tv show - watch episodes). And anyway universe unstable vortex should be different like in tv show from second movie what show CharlieX3.
Also i still thing better make new eh from scratch for sgu, not use base texture from sg-1 eh.
