everything works fine. new GMod update didn't break anything and staff and asuran weapon are working fine when shot trough gate.
Fuck me, there's a lot of errors in GMod 13. I'll issue this warning now, the chances are CAP isn't going to be ready on the 24th.

Because I have the Beta now. Might as well start fixing while I can be bothered. Not to mention most errors are because of changes garry knowingly made.
Ronon Dex for gods sake remove the ripple on stargate activation, it looks REALLY UGLY. ps Try to fix stargates for GMod 13 :D, stargates are priority #1! :D

Hi, I have little problem on my CAP server ... When I send CAP Limit ( max entity ) when I reboot all config will be reset ... Can you fix it or can you give me list of all command for adding it on my server.cfg please ? =)

Go to Options, Video, Advanced Settings and tell me what Direct X it says you're using.
Software DirectX level: 9.0 Hardware DirectX level: 8.0 But I did -dxlevel 9
It would seem you're graphics card is not capable of running DX9 at all. Pressing H should hide the HUD and take away the black. But I recommend upgrading your graphics card, if your card is DX8 it's quite outdated.
Also, how I do "Console-edit" convars. I want to set up my own limits, but I can't find all the console-related convars, for example, i dont know how to modify MCD limit on console. 1) Update your GFX Drivers. 2) Make sure that you've set the launch options to -dxlevel 9 3) Right click Garry's Mod, Properties, Local Files and click Verify Integrity of Game Cache and after that Defragment Cache Files. 4) Failing all those, try a fresh install of GMod.

Going to try steps 2, 3, and 4
Got dialling (DHD and menu) working, and transportation working in GMod 13.

GMod only supports 7-9. I have no idea why it's running in DX8 then, may be worth asking in the Help and Support forum.
