The trick is, you need to prepare material file (*.vmt) first for each new RT cam, so total number of RT cams only depend on how much materials did you prepared. If you guys want a reprogrammable DHD then make me an example entity that will spawn an E2 with example code and weld that E2 to the entity. I would appreciate that. I like the ori stunner idea. Really, it is realistic to stargate, and you get to shoot from different things when you get bored of 1 gun. There are not that many stunners. Only wraith stunner, and ronons gun, which are both kill setting as primary fire mode.
hey i have 2 problems with the shield. 1. my weapons dont shoot the shield but just ignoresthem (i have tryed to install the weapon mod or whatever its called). 2. when my shield is holding someone out/in the area that it bloks from is very misplaced. i just want to know if there is anyway i can fix these problems. Sorry for bad grammer.

Good news. I have completed my custom point of origins. Now every gate has "#" as default point of origin but it's possible to set some other symbol as point of origin. For example "A" Now when you dial, you dial 123456A and press middle big red orb and the gate activates! Point of origin can only be set with E2 for now, it's because i'm lazy to add another textbox to gate menu. Every symbol can be point of origin except "!" and "@" and "*" I'll make a video now and upload to youtube. [editline]9th September 2012[/editline] Here's a video. Alex point is that having our gate POO as for example X and trying to dial gate with adress like "abcdeX" will fail due to twice X symbols. That's kinda a bad approach to use usual symbol as POO, because, like I remember, each gate has own POO that is not related to usual dialing glyphs.

Currently dialing an address that contains the POO fails and forces the user to either change the point of origin or to dial another gate and from the other gate dial the address. And that's one of the reasons why changing the point of origin is not on the GUI. [editline]9th September 2012[/editline] Another option is when a gate has X as POO and wants to dial ABXCDE is to dial ABCDEX and middle red orb, making the DHD actually dial 6 symbols and the big red orb instead 6 symbols, point of origin and the big red orb.
Custom Point of origins should be added to CAP, also the dhd Control Crystal. If i made a DHD control crystal model, should i make a Pegasus Control Crystal or a Milky Way Control Cystal?
