I mean why arent u able to have auto spawning zombies without the module? Underdone and zombified world both had zombie spawns like that without the need of a module.
They used a table of spawnpoints. The dev would have to configure individual spawn points for where they wanted zombies to spawn for each map. I don't want something so cumbersome.
What the module does is basically instead of the dev specifying the spawnpoints, the admin would specify a point ingame and the module would 'flood' everywhere that was walkable from there with nodes, ie. a really big table of spawnpoints, on the order of 20000 spawnpoints.

Ah ok I never realised but thank you for helping me. :D
So maybe this is just a problem with garry's mod, but I've used two different hosts, and whenever I've tried to mount the L4D or L4D2 content. All prop physics are just gone...The props will still spawn but not the physics. I've also tried editing mountingdepots.txt If you can help me whatsoever that would really mean a lot.
What's your method of mounting the content?

Using my control panel from the server host, and then I added my mountdepot.txt to garrysmod/cfg.

The way I did it was extract all the L4D models into my server's addons. Worked for me :S
