If you wanted to, which I think I wouldn't be the only one to say this, you could try to do what the gm_radial menu does, and have it still use the table for weapons and tools too.
But when it's a tool, it doesnt need an icon, and if it did HAVE to use an icon, you could just think of something witty to use with the text of the weapon itself named in the table on the button, so you know what the button does based on the name you give it. It won't be as user friendly as gb-radial menu is, but it will at least make it easier for people to hold 5 commonly used stools, weapons, or commands. If anyone agrees, please rate me agree, on the fact that a v2 release for console commands and text labels on the functions of the Buttons for tools were added would be appreciated.

It's not very forgiving trying to bind both commands to the same key. In fact its terribly bad. But it works, barely.

That's just how I made them mesh, but I wish there were at least settable lables for the 5 Inside buttons, that you could set in the table to show up on the button. togglable via a cvar or something, like crysishud_buttonlabels_enabled 1/0
