Yea, and maybe using the LUA cars that guy made with some Hexed models, we could make harvesting machines.

As it says in the first post you can turn the lights off tiberium_lights 0 I think
Yes. and have capabilities is something we are looking into too.. although were looking for another modeler and another lua coder.' also lynix if you don't mind speaking a bit for you. V2 is coming out soon :D

I think Para's tiberium harvesting sents are fine. When Tiberium core supports this tiberium it will all be good. We just don't need 500 sents doing the same job.

i don't know much about modeling at all but is it possible for someone to rip the tiberium models and materials from command&conquer 3 than re scale it to hl2 size? if so that would be Awesome. but fore now Gold star!

I don't like the model, it should be a single crystal so it looks less unnatural.

i find it fine as it is. but i am going to try to make an better skin for it.

( A lot of words to fit in, but that's the sense) Tiberium Came from another planet, suspected the scrin planet. Of Course it would look unnatural to humans.
Suspected? The Scrin seeded Earth with Tiberium, tells you so in the Scrin Campaign.
Seriously, it's a crystal, I meant that the model looks like a a clump of bananas modeled for the first Quake but green.

It looks to me like the tiberium models are just a traffic cone made green and shiny. It actually takes up more resources from all the polygons from being round to render the current models... you would save resources to make a new "crystal-like" model.

Ah, yes. Behold the joys of learning that it's easier to use hammer than it seems. When I realized that I understood it, I made a spaceCOMBAT map with a nebula and asteroid field that looked like a bunch of floating turds. The good old days. By the way, what the heck is the tiberium spike? Does it basically supply an infinite amount of tiberium? If so, why don't you or they or whoever just use my big-ass tiberium tower model? Going by the dimensions in C&C3, the one on the far right looks to be about the right size for Tiberium. Maybe a little more detailed and shiny though? Just a suggestion >.>
