Try Verifing integrity of game cache and Defragment cache files.
do i have to remove the dismemberment mod i own and the gore mod? cuz i dunno i think i got rid of the goremod but mab not have... anyway everytime i hit an NPC against the wall the splat blood, but dont lose gibs and arms or legs dont come off. do i have to do those console commands? i really want this to work ciuz i have really wanted this!!!

You have to remove Dismemberemnt mod and Gore mod(?). Gibsplat and Dismemberemnt mod conflict with each other.
I think this would be a shit ton less laggier if the gibs were props instead of ragdolls. The only thing stopping me from putting this on my servers is that if you explode more than one NPC, it lags like no other.

That's how gibsplat works. The difference is everything on the ragdoll besides what was shot off is invisible. If I were to shoot off Kleiner's head, it actually creates another ragdoll where everything but Kleiner's head is invisble.
My guess is your server may have something conflicting with the mod, and thus the entire ragdoll appears instead of just whatever limb.
No.Your problem is that gib splat is not sever side.It is only client.
