1.62 is the official rared version, The svn Sub Version 1 is 1.63.

Also may I suggest a light spell? It could be more of a radius light and have a bluish tinge. (More fun than a flashlight...)

Added client side locals to speed things up.
Added a new client side convar Powers_AutoClose 0-1 - should the menu auto close when using a power?
Fixed some oddities in the client crosshair.

Removed anything that makes player ragdolls server side. "If you have my medkit addon, RE SVN it"

SVN, The power is still there, But you cant use it on dead players.

Anyway, as much as a bad idea this is for multiplayer--maybe--removing the cool down time between powers would be very handy for singleplayer.
