I updated the SVN and it wiped all of my achievements....
Are you sure? What happens if you run:
lua_openscript_cl text_to_sqlite.lua
in console?

SVN doesn't update my non-svn'd folder, as it complains that files with the same name exist. I'll just edit the text files of the achievements i already have.
theprogram00, just delete the old achievements folder, create a folder called "achievements" and SVN checkout to there. The progress isn't stored in the addons folder so you won't lose what you've got.
SVN update wiped all my achievements, but I got most of them back when I got one achievement. (Though "meeting the locals" achievemnt was the only one I didn't get back)
Yes, there seems to be a bug where the achievements don't show first time after update.
I'm not sure what's causing it, looking into it ATM.
A nice thing would be if the server had the addon, the achievements could show up when you click on the names on the scoreboard.

Fixed the bug where achievements don't have any progress the first time you play after the update.
Fixed achievements window coming up when typing in chat if you had the window bound to a letter.

Sweet I love the achivements in TF2 so this'll be sweet lol I can already imagine the achivement servers popping up :D. You should add some TF2 Medic achivements for those people who have the TF2 medigun.
Rabid: I noticed after the update that the Tourist achievement didn't update. Would deleting the tourist.txt file within the Data folder fix this? (it only showed like one map after the update anyway)
Would it be possible to make an achievement pop up like xbox 360 achievements do instead of it appearing in chat?

It already does that, just like Team Fortress 2's in the bottom right of your screen.

I have some ideas for achievements (substitute 'x' with any number you want):
[b]Fed-Ex Man:[/b] Spawn x Wooden Crates.
[b]Bill Die the Science Guy:[/b] Kill Magnusson or Kliener x times.
[b]Vorti-don't:[/b] Kill x Vortigaunts.
[b]Trebuchet:[/b] Fling a ragoll x feet using the Physics Gun.
[b]Beat the Boss:[/b] Kill Breen with the Crowbar x times.
[b]Loudmouth:[/b] Spend a total of x hours talking on the microphone.
[b]Skyscraper:[/b] Build a structure x feet high.
That's all I can think of now - I apologise if it seems I have stolen your idea - to be honest, I didn't fancy reading through the ideas. So, sorry!

I feel really stupid, I was noclipping around and then jumped like a meter in the air when there was that sudden loud cheering sound. (AAAAAH! achievement by the way)
There are 2 achievements that don't work for me.
1st. That's Not A Toilet...
- Once I achieve this and close GMOD and launch it again, it's gone.
2nd. Punchbag
- Even when players deal me ANY kind of damage, it still says 0/10000
Hope you can find a solution to deal with these bugs :)
