How come you people come up with ideas with 1kk stuff in it like crouch a billion time or smt... where's the originality?? I mean C'MON! have you no imagination? I have read most of the achievements here and some of them are pretty nice, but most of them are like i said, Spawn a million props. here's the fun in that?? I came up with this list just now.
[b]Jihaad:[/b] Kill three people with the jihaad bomb.(does not include you)
[b]Blown away:[/b] Destroy another players contraption with a huge explosion.(the parts auto unweld in a big explosion like a nuke)
[b]Dead weight:[/b] Get ragdolled by an admin and pulled by a vehicle on a rope.
[b]LEG IT!:[/b] Survive a nuke that has been planted or sent or launched to a place near you.(it only has to be launched to a place near you. It doesn't have to detonate near you.)
[b]Raging alcoholic:[/b] Kill someone with a glass bottle(if that's possible)
[b]Machinima rocks!:[/b] Get the moving camera through 7 checkpoints which are at least a 100ft away of eachother.(you spawn 7 moving cameras or more and just activate them)
[b]This blows:[/b] Get blown into the air by a nuke that has detonated under you.(that is mostly possible in the gm_flatgrass_pit map)
[b]Stinging sensation:[/b] Get killed by the TF2 needler gun.
I could probably go on and on with the achievements but I will not. Some of these achievements might not even be possible but you be the judge.
a few ideas for those that seek both the scripting challenge as well as in game challenge:

[b]Let Us Play[/b] - Have 2 players use gravity gun and shoot an explosive barrel back and forth 25 times with 40ft apart, if it drops the counter resets, it has to be done flawlessly :D
(don't know how much 40ft is in gmod but I'm just guessing)

[b]Flip-0-Magix[/b] - flip the airboat, jeep and jalopy onto it wheels 20 times
[b]Break The Air[/b] - grav 20 crates into the air then destroy them with the crowbar before they hit the ground.

TF2 Achivements that would be good to have, and weapon based achivements can be compatible with the called for SWEP (putting x instead of # because they should be differant for gmod):
[b]Team Doctor[/b] Accumulate x heal points as a Medic
[b]Flamethrower[/b] Set x enemies on fire in x seconds
[b]Hard To Kill[/b] Get x kills in a row without dying
[b]Intern[/b] Accumulate x heal points in a single life
[b]Does It Hurt When I Do This?[/b] Kill x people with your syringe gun
[b]Sawbones[/b] Hit enemies with your bonesaw x times in a row without dying or missing
And then maybe do some Milestones, ex: [b]Milestone 1[/b] Achieve 12 of the achievements in the Medic pack.
[B]Achievement Whore[/B]: Complete X amount of Achievements.
How about these (I know they aren't good names):
Cardboard Box: Stay inside an upside down dumpster for 5 minutes
KGB: Kill G-Man 500 times
Pirates of deep space: Kill a player while in between planets in a Space Map.
Stay On Target...: Run perfectly straight for 2 minutes... While being shot at.
KILL IT WITH FIRE!: Kill 500 NPC's or Players with fire.
With Friends like these...: Kill 50 players on your friends list.
... Who needs enemies?: Get killed 50 times by players on your friends list.
That's Not very Imaginative: do not build anything in a build server for 1 hour.
Busy as a Bee: Perpetually build on a build server for 1 hour (could measure rates of welding, item creation, etc.)
Non Sequitor: during a period of heavy discussion (perhaps measuring posts/mic activation per minute) respond/say something that is followed by a dramatic drop in discussion for at least 1 minute.
Flamer: make a response followed by a dramatic increase in discussion.

I'm getting an error with the "falling a total of 1000 feet" achievement. mine just stops at 590.
Man I didn't think achievements for garrysmod would be a good idea but some of these actually sound pretty fun. And hell, these days I'll take anything to get me playing Gmod again.

I wasn't even aware it said [b]total[/b]. Mine stopped at 997 and my little brother just went, "jump down that bit!" (when he was playing the Companion Cube test chamber in Gmod)
Ever since I downloaded this mod, no NPCs will die by shotgun.
The shotgun doesn't hurt them anymore.
Maybe it was something else I downloaded, I dunno.

Phys a Friend!: you and your friend Phys gun each other and fly around the map for x of minutes (maybe just phys each other and get the achievement)
Raven Holm: saw 1000 zombies with a saw blade (maybe make it 100 times? dunno (sorry if I spelled it wrong so w/e)
Here's my achievement ideas:

(Hopefully this is possible...)
[b]Heatseeker[/b] - Guide an RPG for 5 minutes straight.
[b]Indecisive[/b] - Change the color of a prop 1000 times.
[b]Dead Man Falling[/b] - Fall 1000 feet after dying.
(A take on AAAAAAH! but slightly more difficult.)
[b]Bingle[/b] - Die from a vehicle crash 50 times.
[b]Mingebag[/b] - Remove 1000 props.
[b]Arsenal[/b] - Hold 50 weapons at once.
[b]Breaking Wind[/b] - Detonate 100 explosives within 10 seconds.

[b]AKA Driver[/b] - Complete the Highway 17 chapter and the first two Sandtraps maps. (d2_coast_01 - d2_coast_10?)

Be in server with more then 10 cars.
Errorism-
Spawn props on server that will appear as errors 1/25.
Sector Clear -
Clean up more then 200 props at once.
Peacemaker -
Catch rocket from RPG with your phys/gravity gun(yes it possible).
Ok here are my propositions:
Monster: Kill 300 persons while using a pill.
Génocide: Kill 9000 combine.
MingeBag-Attitude: Make crash 100 server not owned by yourself.
ManHack friend: Kill an admin with ManHack gun.
Superman: Stay 1 hours in air without noclip (possible with stargate mod).
I won't be HeadShoted: Spawn 3 combine sniper, and kill them (without notarget).
HeadLover: Do 300 HeadShots.
I don't like your party: Kill 600 balloons.
I don't want to live: Kill yourself in one shot 100 times.
Serial Killer: Kill someone outside of the skybox.
I'm Invincible: Have 9999 HP.
Bouncy dance: spawn 1000 bouncy ball.
I don't like ragdolls: Kill 50 player with AR2 alt fire.
This is Awesome. You should make more of this type of stuff.
