Real gmod player - have 45 addons.
Swep lover - have 50 different sweps in total.
Musex Using - Use musex addon 10 hours (not straight, i mean in total)
I'm not a GMod player, and I'm certainly not a REAL GMod player.
Yet... I play GMod.
Your idea is flawed.

I use the SVN version. I never unlocked it. (You may of had fixed that with he latest update, I never checked it out though. I updated it today.)
Hmm, your Pancake achievement, it counts "worldspawn" kills, falling isn't the only thing that can cause "worldspawn" kills.
Suggestions:

Hunter Hunted - Kill 100 Hunters

I've noticed that since I installed the achivements NPC's have been unable to hurt me with guns eg combine soldiers with SMG's, anyone else got that.

Well when i got slapped, i started flying around the map and i couldn't move. Every time i got slapped i lost 1 hp.

There should be gamemode specific achievements, like get 50 zombie balls in Redead and so on.
I keep getting error messages something about timer error.
It comes repeatedly and all the time when i play:
Timer Error: achievements/dedicated.lua:13: attempt to call field 'FormatTime' (a nil value)
Timer Error: achievements/submerged.lua:19: attempt to call field 'FormatTime' (a nil value)
Timer Error: achievements/dontlike.lua:18: attempt to call field 'FormatTime' (a nil value)
And so on...

(This one could go either way).
Surfer: Prop surf a total of 3 minutes without damage.
-OR-
Surfer: Prop surf a total of 100,000 feet.
Head-Humper Conquerer: Kill 200 Headcrabs with the Crowbar
Ballin': Spawn 1000 Bouncy Ball Entities.
Sleeping With The Fishes: Kill a (Player/NPC) and have there ragdoll fall into water.
The last one, if it could be done would be awesome and it doesn't matter if it's a player or NPC character.
And if you already used these or whatever then my bad for double posting.

the spammer thing would be able too get with stacker, and gmod can´t count
how many addons you have or sweps

I don't have 50 sweps, but i has TONS of addons, i think i would win the Real gmod player - have 45 addons achievement.
