The swear achievement would not be a great idea since it would promote constant swearing on servers and some fighting. Also, non-swear server would result in permanent ban and there already is the 10,000 chat achievement.

That seems rather hard to accomplish, wouldn't it have to be a specific RGB value, or were you able to range the values?
No one is named MingeBag anymore, so that wouldn't work..

I like the crouching idea, but the "Loves to Work Out" title isn't witty enough.
Yea I don't know a catchy name for it. I just noticed that the chat achievement was changed from 10k to 3k? I had around 5.6k and now I have 2.6k over what was originally needed.

Also, mcwildfire, sorry, we decided to cut down the target a little, if you update it shouldn't show more than 3000 anymore.
How about some gamemode-specific achievements? I'd imagine that like the Life Support one, you would only see them if you were playing on the gamemode, or had completed the achievement.
[b]Prop Hunt: Camouflage[/b] - Win 10 rounds as a prop.
[b]Prop Hunt: Master of Disguise[/b] - Win 50 rounds as a prop.
[b]Zombie Survival: Reincarnate[/b] - Redeem yourself 5 times.
Those of course are just ideas, but I reckon more than a few achievements could come out of this.

The achievement called submerged does not seem to work at all for me. I get like 1 second when I drive into the water and stay. Any bug fix for that? Also, my idea was suggested! Yes!

May I suggest that you put the Achievements into a 'Category'? Like the Tf2 medic achievements (You can 'filter' out achievements for specific gamemodes).
wasome mod man a good one would be kill x headcrabs with gravity gun or kill x zmbies without killing the head crab/ kill x zombies without them droping a headcrab.
