You can either download 1.51, or just put the patch onto 1.5.

Chain reaction - spawn 20 or more dynamite and explode it

I like holidays - spawn 100 balloons
Wire maniac - have 50 chips simultaneously
Sticky tongue - get catched by a barnacle
Freeman's revenge - kill Gman NPC
Graffiti - use paint tool 100 times
I have found a secret - enter secret room on gm_construct
Assortment - spawn 500 different props
Weightlifter - move 100 props with weight > 5000 with physgun
Pacifist - don't do any damage 15 minutes
Teamkiller - kill 200 friendly NPCs
I love facepunch - spawn 50 facepunch logo props
What is garry's mod? - join a server and don't build anything 15 minutes
Mr. Caution - don't take any damage 15 minutes
I need more ammo - shoot all your ammo
Keeper of the light - spawn 100 lamps or lights
Do not press - press 100 other player's buttons
Wrong target - get killed by your own turret
Shapeshifter - spend 1 hour using pills
Gatekeeper - teleport onto skyscraper on gm_construct (Stargate)
Sharp blade - die by rotating props 50 times
Total devastation - use "Cleanup everything" 50 times
Wired ass - enter into venicle with attached pod controller 50 times

That's a good idea. This should totally be server side, and then your "gamerscore" is shown on the scoreboard. Perhaps even a way to look at other people's achievements?

Might I suggest lowering the ratings needed for "Engineer" and "Loved By All?" Few people still rank nowadays, and 50 seems a little high. I think twenty would be more suitable.
