Actually, I suggest you make a second Achievements mod, only with very hard things to do, things that are going to take you a while to finish, because aside for a few, you can easily get most of the Achievements in a few days.
How about restricting some of the achievements to only multiplayer? Many of the achievements like killing 200 npcs can be easily done in sibgleplayer. In multiplayer, you have to fight other players, npcs, and the lag to complete the achievements

Translations are quite possible under Gmod's Lua, if a bit of a hassle. If RabidToaster really gets around to it, it will be the first multi-lingual Gmod script in existence.
On technical side, you could name things "#achievement_dedicated" (or something) in the script, then do "if (forgot function) then language.Add("achievement_dedicated", "Translation here.")". Or via the proper method which I don't recall...
There are a lot of achievements being requested that have already been mentioned. It's only six pages. READ PEOPLE!
