Hi, Awesome looking stuff, Are all the weapons on the OP in the download or are they WIPs yet to be uploaded?
Most of the stuff is not in the current version. You're getting it in the upcoming update.
not sure if you guys are taking requests or not but if you are, a JDAM would be nice :)
But JDAM is just a conversion kit for dumb bombs to make them GPS/laser guided.
Ever thought of making some of the grenades equipable sweps? Jackarunda had a thing like that in one of his older swep packs
Ever thought of making some of the grenades equipable sweps? Jackarunda had a thing like that in one of his older swep packs
I did some sweps back in the day, and yes it's a possibility.
Can you explain what were you exactly trying to do?
I'm trying to get things attached to the rockets when they fire off. I tried using the gb_deleteconstraints 0 command and such but things won't stay attached.
I'm trying to get things attached to the rockets when they fire off. I tried using the gb_deleteconstraints 0 command and such but things won't stay attached.
This is normal on some rockets because they are designed to be easily welded into your planes/vehicles and then they unweld themselves when they are fired. You can turn this off by changing this
ENT.SmartLaunch = true
to "false" in the missiles that give you this issue. Do that in the console or? Somewhere else. I'm rather un-familiar with this command. And i apologise for bugging you on this one XD As i was going to do a mod review of this mod as it's an amazing thing and wanted to show all the features and fun parts of it. Including commands.
You have to edit the lua files for the bombs you want to change.
Yup. I can add a console commmand that turns it on/off.
Ah i was wondering what the s*** i was doing wrong. Silly me XD I apologise for asking that question. Kept on thinking it was a worshop addon so i couldn't edit it but remembered it isn't XD. Shoulda known myself. But thank you very much for your answers UberEvil and Failure. Most appreciated. And i gotta say. A console command for that wouldn't go amiss. ^^

That was fantastic. But were the gibs of rock shown at 1:01 and 1:07 spawned by the explosion or were they spawned just for effect?
Every video in this thread reminds me of this

just sayin' :3
just sayin' :3
I did this too , it's pretty fun, the only thing is that the more bombs you have the harder it is to take off. Its also a pain in the ass to load the bombs on and weld em all.
I'd be curious to know how they managed to drop the bombs so smoothly without them arming/detonating on themself. It happens quite often when i attach them to a plane with weld/wire-grabber on one suspension point, that right after unwelding them or deactivating wire-grabber, the bombs own weight and intertia results in a premature detonation even with nocollide turned on. Apart from this issue, i can't wait to try the new "equipment". :D
Nice job man! Keep up the great work!
Gbombs out on the workshop guys! I had to split it into packs because of the filesize limit. All parts are up, I'm also putting up a direct link to the whole thing in the OP + spawnlist.

People have been wanting this on the workshop for a while so I am happy so see it is there now. I only found out when I opened my email and it said that I was added as a contributor to it.
As much fun as using all the bombs is, i mostly end up with blowing up the entire map (preferably flatgrass) by using a hell lot of BLU-82s and Fuel-Air-Bombs. xD

well, is there any way to give the ASRAAM or such missile a target problem being that I don't use wire :/
well, is there any way to give the ASRAAM or such missile a target problem being that I don't use wire :/
Nope
Can anyone post a tutorial for rigging up a simple wire detonator to one of the bombs like the satchel charge or IED? I really suck with wire but I'd like to be able to make simple detonators so I dont have to rely on the crossbow or dynamite to trigger them.
Just wire bomb's "detonate" output to a numpad input(or output, I always forget which is which :D), done.
Great work! And I'm glad you managed to get it on the workshop :) Now you can get those thumbs up achievements ;)
Great work! Facepunch is a great idiot - filter. As of news - I've already decided on what to add in following DLC's/Packs and there are about 28 entities to be done right now. I've finished the British bouncy bomb. I believe somebody requested it at some point in the past :P [T]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/86869523/Gbombs Pictures/bncy3.jpg[/T][T]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/86869523/Gbombs Pictures/bncy4.jpg[/T]
