Couple qualms.
The pistols are nice. So are the shotguns. Some of the shotguns need a little tweaking (such as upped damage)
The SMGs really generally bad. Most of them fire waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too fast. The AR-57 uses standard P-90 magazines which carries 50 rounds. The fire rate on 90% of the pack is really too fast. The USC's fire rate is too slow. I know it's semi-automatic, but it still shoots as fast as you can squeeze the trigger. I can do all of this stuff myself but you should look in to fixing the SMG pack a little.
Also, the recoil is too high on most of the SMGs.
You should make a grenade pack, or a grenade launcher pack. Or even a rocket launcher pack :O

It's easy to modify most of those values.
For the speed, go to line SWEP.Primary.Delay in the shared.lua and make it:
[php]SWEP.Primary.Delay = 0.125[/php]
The closer it is to 1, the slower it will fire, and vice versa. To change the magazines, go to:
SWEP.Primary.ClipSize and make it:
[php]SWEP.Primary.ClipSize = xx [/php]
, xx being the size of the magazine that you want. Hope that helps.
