He probably can't because there's no model of it for him to steal.
It would seem there's a problem with some of the silenced pistols. When you shoot them with the silencer on, the silencer is there when you shoot, but gone after that. It's visible before the first shot, when you're putting it on, and as you're reloading.
hey kermite just a thought here I was kinda suprised that there was no AA-12 in the shotguns pack. I didn't mind but just a suggestion

Tried them, and I was very dissapointed. A bunch of problems. Seems too rushed. About 1/3 of them are good.
I like the pistols, SMGs, and shotguns, in that order. And I hate that mortar stuff; I don't think it works much anymore, either.
