I don't know what, but there is something about the blue bit that I dont like. Other than that, it's looking great.

Paint the scrollbar, change the icon16 close button and the icon for the properties for sale to cleaner one's (maybe something from [url]http://www.flaticon.com/[/url]). Blue looks fine imo
