*sigh* now i have the defualt hud no error signs either, which would suggest you uploaded the wrong file
Yeah my quick fix i did at school didn't really work, so I'm releasing a new version, and added some other stuff as well as fixed the error. Updated.
I noticed that the scrolling effect has a gap I assume where it re-loops? Also if you spawn a friendly NPC which isn't a citizen (Barney, Kleiner, etc.) it doesn't show them up as friendly. I love the noises it makes when you hover over a friendly/unfriendly target though, they made me laugh. The fade in for the blood effect could probably be a bit quicker almost instant (but the fade out time is just fine.)
It looks great, The blood effect looks kinda off... It looks to "Filling". Good none the less.
Looks very awesome, however I have a small request. Could you add an optional clock?
Blood looks a bit TF2'ish Suggestions: Change the blood. add an clock. make it 3d (like the ones in gmod.org
heres a suggestion. add a health display of your target, not a percentage unless you want to but I was thinking of a list of vital states like Health percentage=Text next to cross hair 1-30%=Death imminate 31-50%=Organ failure 51-75%=Laceration 76-80%=Blood loss 81-90%=Stable 91-100(+?)=Healthy
I downloaded your Space Visor HUD and I don't like it because of the tunnel vision, is there a way to remove it and get back my old HUD (the normal one) [editline]02:10PM[/editline] Or Is there a website where I can download the default files and overwrite your WIP

Could you make an option to toggle blood splatter off?
I am still getting the issue with the HUD disappearing on death
what is the god damn command for toggling this HUD?? you haven't included it on this thread or in the readme EDIT: just looked in the lua and apparently it's "shud_toggle"... you really should mention these things anyway for some constructive suggestions is there any way to add breath condensation to the helmet screen? because this would complete the 'realism' for me, just one breath every 20 seconds or something to stop it from being annoying also can you change the sound when the crosshair detects an enemy to more of a small beep? also when firing a combine ball the crosshair calls it a soldier lol
Yeah, I forgot to include in the readme, but it does tell you in the console when you start the game. If ur console isn't enabled, then go into options in the gmod menu, then advanced, and enable developer console.
Awesome! I really like the blood effect.
When you toggle the hud off do you still get the blood effects when damaged ???
no the blood effects toggle with the visor i want breath condensation lolol
Ah God damit. I realy want a health regain that has blood effect when shot at. I even made a thread asking for a mw2 style damage system but nobody answerd.
I've never extracted something like this, so what folder would i tell winrar to put it in?
I look forward to future versions of this. It is a nice concept.
anybody know how to get this to work its nowere on the game at all.
The blood looks kinda cheesy, but other than that looks really neat!
I would like an ability to disable the bloody screen effect, the HUD is cool anyways!
I've never extracted something like this, so what folder would i tell winrar to put it in?
EDIT: Nevermind.:awesomelon:
You do need an option to turn the blood effects off, and an "Unknown Entity" warning when it faces an NPC it doesn't know. When you figure out that box affect, then this will automatically become the best HUD ever. (Infact it probably is already.) :keke: Good Luck.
A good thing to add would be screen colored areas Good examples :
Now I really demand a Terminator HUD. Make one and give it to TacoNBanana.
The blood looks kinda cheesy, but other than that looks really neat!
Going to have to agree with this.
you need an option to turn the blood off. other than that good. Colored sides (like in star wars commando example above) would be cool, look more like a helmet.
Yeah, it would be cool to have an option to make the sides solid. And for improvements to the blood, do something like Fallout 3's style, really blurry, large drops and splatters.
