Im pretty damn sure that isn't what i do, since my l4d2 swep base is BASED on my mw2 weapon base that was made from scratch.

Besides, oddly enough, Zoey has quite a lot of L4D2 stuff in her MW2 pack, eg. explosive, laser, pills, incendiary, gas can, hydra (? WTF?!), and quite some more. But there's still more MW2 stuff than L4D2 stuff. And besides, mightylolrus did MW2 weapons first, they were crappy, and TheCake redid them, I don't see you flaming him. Anyways, point is, Zoey decided to revamp it, sure, you could get mad at her for practically taking your idea, but you can't flame her for anything else, so once you get the post of: "OMG U STOLE MAH IDEA!!! eleven 111 ! 1 !" You practically can't do anything else, and argue with her anymore. If she admits she took your idea, then you got to leave her alone, what else can you flame her for? Let's get this thread back on track, I didn't mean to derail it. I apologize. I've been looking at the code and I recommend you to use indenting. It's much easier to read. Here's a small guide to indenting, though it's just a tip, it's how most Lua scripters do it. Where to use indenting (or where it is convenient to use indenting) If statements [lua] if condition then blah blah -- indent here end [/lua] Loops: [lua] for k,v in pairs(player.GetAll()) do print(k, v:Nick()) -- indent here end [/lua] functions: [lua] function something() stuff() -- indent here end [/lua] some people also use it for UMSG's and 3D2D [lua] umsg.Start("test", ply) umsg.Long(12312321)-- indentist :D umsg.End() [/lua] When you have two or more scopes in one another use more indents: [lua] function test() for k,v in pairs(player.GetAll()) do if v:Alive() then print("he's alive!", v:Nick()) end end end [/lua] Did I forget anything? Anyway good luck! This should make your code more readable for yourself and other people who want to review it!
