a) Click on the tab "Source" or your recently created googlecode proyect and copy svn checkout url

c) Click on the folder you want to upload that have addons and particles, in right button mouse option [B]Tortuise SVN > Repo Browser[/B]. Put the url previously copied, the user previusly copied, your current password and then move files from the disk to the svn like you use folders on windows.
I suggest reading the Souce Code licenses and picking th one you want or skip the whole thing.
