This addon is similar to SPP, but SPP doesn't work on vehicles, which sucks.[/QUOTE] This works on vehicles but is a little strange, you have to shoot certain parts of it for the hit to register, it's on my todo list of things to investigate, also I GOT INTERNET, at my house, but not on my computer yet, but soon.
You should make it so that admins can make some props unbreakable or make it so World props can NOT be damaged. So that players can't break doors, map props, and other stuff... But its still a good addon for sandbox but not for RP in general.
Well at the moment people can't break map stuff, I am planing an unbreakable tool for the next update, I'll make it admin only, or add yet another convar to specifiy if the tool is admin only. Doors and other map items tend to have really high health, but an option for breakable map doors will probably show up also with a spot to specify average door health( and make the actual value slightly random). I still don't have a lot of time to work on this maybe 2-3 hours a week. so progress may be slow, but it's resuming at least.

But its still a good addon for sandbox but not for RP in general.[/QUOTE] Ok, after re reading your posts, Things that are part of the world can not be destroyed, however if it's a normal entity it can be, what things were you noticing that could be destroyed? Most maps use prop_door_rotating, I'll add an option to disable destroying doors, but technically prop_door_rotating is not part of the map/world, it's a separate entity that happens to spawn with the map. For Any other objects I plan to add an unbreakable tool, with the option to do just the entity you click on/ the entities class / entities model. hope to have an update done in the next 2 weeks or so. Then back to my Meteor defense game mode.
Thanks for this addon, I'm running it on my server but for some reason I can't apply any of the settings. If for example I uncheck the enable pdmg box it will stay enabled. This is a problem because I do not want it on all the time. Also it would be nice if there was a tool that made a prop indestructible. Thanks.

Thanks.[/QUOTE] I'll look into why it's not applying settings in multiplayer, I think it's from when I first developed this in sp. And the indestructible tool is on my todo list. [editline]3rd October 2011[/editline] Committed rev 16, no version change: I believe I fixed the settings issue, tested in Listen Server, If someone with a dedicated server wants try it out, that would be appreciated. Next (well after work), I'm going to work on the Indestructible Tool.
Confirmed: the indestructable stool avaliable on garrysmod.org acts perfectly as an indestructable tool.

Updated OP, I'm beginning work on updating this for GMOD 13 and getting it on workshop, will post more when i have something done.
Sometimes my props dont unweld until restart the map, anyone have a workaround? I have tried disabling and reenabling the mod and the break constraints option. BTW I have 3.75.

I hope you or someone else will fix it for gmod 13 and upload it on the workshop.
