Stuttering is source engine's fault and there's not much I can do about that. Most issues are fixed by restarting GMod - especially if you have invisible weapons.

Putting the github one extracted under my gamemodes folder does not let me see it when using ULX. Even when renaming it to pirateshipwars instead of that long name.

Alright, so I tried adding it to my server. Did not go very well. In elpis host I can select pirateshipwars as a gamemode in the startup parameters (I've done this now) but it still goes to sandbox?
Otto, are you sure the folders name is "pirateshipwars" and not a capitalized character in it? That's what fucked my gamemode up :P - If not, do you see any errors?

Let me know how it goes. If it still doesn't work, try disabling ULX (if you have it installed). It's worked before with ULX for me, but it's worth a try.

Grenades just don't work yet, and I haven't gotten back to fixing them. The barrel of powder wasn't removed, it should still be there.
I don't know why I didn't add a cvar or something to disable the map change, but apparently I didn't. I'll add it as soon as I can, but for now, you can remove the line "UMS_MapCycle.DoNextMap()" on line 938 of init.lua.
Great work i have been hosting a PSW server for a while now, but there is one minor problem. There is a mysterious crash that forces the server to restart.
I say mysterious because i dont see any error in console or in its log. It just restarts the server.
This really is a good mod though with some more room for development... bravo

Probably vphysics calling for mercy. PSW is known for slaughtering vphysics completely.
