Hey Tad2020,
I was having a series of problems running rampant on my server for the past few weeks, pertaining to joining people and an engine error stating "LuaStringTables" overflow (or something like that). For a while, I have been stress testing which addons could be causing this, and after removing RD2, LS2, LS Gas, and Petrol Mod, that the engine error apparently has ceased. Is it possible that something in the RD system could be causing this?

Dunno, I'm not sure what would cause "LuaStringTables" overflow. It is possible, but this is the first I heard of it.
So far, the crashes we have had are not the LuaStringTables overflow, just general crashes. As an extra note, I don't see any actual overflow, dumpstringtables shows that the LuaStringTables is well within acceptable limits.
What is NetBeamVars? I'm guessing it's a type of framework for wire and RD? I know that in the console I get a complaint that an addon is using an older version .72 (I think) vs .83 (something like that). Could this cause any gear grinding?
Is there anything you would need to help narrow down a possible cause? Note that this ONLY happens when people are joining the server after the server is running for 30-45 minutes, and only when there is 6+ people (roughly).
Lastly, there seems to be an FPS hit (slight, but it is there) when RD is installed. Not a major issue, but figured you might want to know.
The cutoff walve seems not to work anymore.
Edit. Sorry it works.
My apologies Tad2020, it's not an overflow, it's an error. It reads "Error writing stringtable: LuaStringTables." Bug reported at http://bugs.garrysmod.com/view.php?id=1309
The SVN update does not seem to work anymore. An Error comes up with "Can't connect to host 'wire mod.com': No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it."
Any idea's?
Keep trying?
The SVN is stored on the wiremod servers, which is currently undergoing a move.
Umm, I saw a 2.1 on garrysmod.org, is this one you updated and forgot to post, or what?
It's probably a fake.
Yeah, don't go to garrysmod.org for updates anymore, let the SB team update it, then svn that, that way you aren't getting a virus or something.
One of my favorite add-ons.
Question: With the new version of the fusion reactor, it requires hard water now.
How is this made? I used the water pump, water tank, water electrolyze-r and a few other ways. But I can't seem to produce hard water?
It's heavy water (i.e. deuterium oxide or deuterium protium oxide), not hard water (which is water with a high mineral content), and it's not required. To get it, feed water and energy into a heavy water electrolyzer and let that feed into a heavy water tank. It is produced very slowly in comparison to other resources, however.
Yeah thanks but I can't get water to work at all.
What's the trick. Does it have to be in the water(lake or something)?

To pump water, you need the water pump to be submerged, yes.
I need serious help. I downloaded this, as well as Spacebuild 2, and Lifesupport's download said I needed this. But every time I open a map in Spacebuild mode, and try using something from Life Support, Life Support doesn't have it's own tab like on servers, and anytime I try to spawn something for LifeSupport, it tells me I don't have Resource Distribution 2 and tells me to get it. But I already have it!
I don't know what to do...
Get the SVNs of all thee and see if that fixes it.

Are you sure you don't have an old version of Life Support or Resource Distribution.
Check the Lua cache to, remove all the files in there if you have to (they will be redownloaded if you join a server). It could be that there are older files in the cache to!
I looked for the latest versions I could find. I got resource distribution from here, so I know it's up to date. I looked for the official thread for each thing I downloaded so I wasn't getting an old version somebody other than the creator uploaded.
But just in case, could someone link the OFFICIAL up to date versions here?
Also, what's an SVN?
I also was able to use that automatic folder update thing for RD2, but for the others there was no username or password posted.
I have been experiencing a weird bug. When I look in the Resource Distribution tab area I can't find the gravity plating. I have svn of all of these and they are updated. Help
Grav Plating should be under Life Support stuff.
I downloaded it but the pumps don't work!
i submerge a water pump then i connect it to a water tank and a energy cell and it won't let me turn it on
and no grav plates are showing
Gravity thing doesn't show up.
I think there is some glitch with gravity plating. No one seems to have it.
It's not in the LS tab, last time I looked. I think it was somewhere under the main tools tab, in its own category.
Are you in the Spacebuild 2 gamemode?
the spacebuild gamemode won't work for me
Gravity plating ONLY shows up in spacebuild gamemode.
ok then.
still, pumps still don't work for me.
Yes I made sure it was SpaceBuild2.
