Well let's go back 5 months, my first time on HGN when Fallout was still good and HGN was still...shit but not as bad, it was p cool and the admins over at FRP could handle their own shit because Exile put FRP on its own. Lets skip ahead 4 months? Exile goes "TIME TO EXERCISE MY POWER BCUS SPADES NEIL QUIT" and started making dumb decisions based on how much of a dictator he is, want to play on another community? Nope. Want to play another game? Not feeling /up to rp/? Nope, if there is 1 player on you must get on to administrate. So let's all reflect on the day I quit, players were out of control, extremely disrespectful, and did not understand admins do what they want. Shortly after I was egged on by other admins to quit, I did, they all went back and rejoined 3 days later. HGN is a garbage community run by a garbage leader who doesn't trust anyone and talked shit about me behind my back then asked for help in GMod13, welcome to HGN, the shittiest community I've ever been a part of for more than 1 week.

To be fair Kelse, I don't like HGN much either, but you're making yourself look a lot better then you are. For one when you were admin you were using SethHack blatantly, and said admins should be able to use them, and then for some reason that I'm not quite clear about yet, started devnulling the Hostell HL2RP server for a few months because you got banned for having it. The only time you stopped was after we called your parents, and told them we were your ISP, and your parents made you go on the forums, and apologize. So in essence, HGN isn't the best community, I can agree on that, but please don't make yourself look like a saint. I didn't even mention yet when you tried to steal code from someone else, and pass it off as your own to try, and get a dev position on HGN.

I can kind of understand why, though. Donating for IC shit is only good to a point. If you can keep the roleplay enjoyable while taking donations, I don't think it really matters. But let's say, for example, it costs five dollars to get a faction whitelist, people are just going to donate like crazy to get that whitelist. Sooner or later, almost the whole servers becomes that faction and the roleplay turns into shit. If owners can keep their prices reasonable while still being able to provide a good roleplay experience, that's great. If they can't do that, they should either not accept donations, or not host a server.
To be fair, I've looked at the total donation amount along side the total server cost for the run time, and the server actually has cost about one hundred dollars more then the total donations, so he's not really making off of it, I only know because I thought that in the first place and was a bit surprised when I did the math.

Last time i was informed of the donation amount, it was above 1'000 dollars.
Honestly if I wanted to play a Medieval gamemode, I wouldn't play one as slow as this one..
When I think of a medieval gamemode I think of going out and hunting animals (npcs) and exchanging gold for armor to go cut shit up, or mining ores and smelting them down into bars and building something out of it.
I prefer not to stand around doing a 'serious roleplay', because it is just so boring.. Plus when you get into a fight in a serious roleplay everyone gets all tense and competitive about who's going to win the fight, and in the end you have to make it a tie or the other has to say they'll allow themselves to die..

You can still do all that, it's in the script however "serious roleplay" is still expected. You can hunt deer but if people are near you your expected to roleplay. If your not into roleplay then Crussaria won't suit you however.
