I fixed this tool myself
Most of functions is good work now but Attachment and Select Entity Color function is still not so good
Which means is entitiy is covered black, I think that this function can't annoying to build

So, i want to upload this but i don't know proper site to upload
if Wenli called ok, i'll upload to Workshop

if there were any grammar problem, forgive my english skills :)..

smartweld is excellent actually for experienced builders.

You take a frozen hull of props (like a contraption, all the details and shit), smartweld it to one thing, E-select with mulitparent, parent, unweld. VERY fast and simple.

Also, shadowscion, some new building methods actually require parented welds, things such as monocoque hulls and leaf springs. I parent almost every physical prop in a contraptino, including things like steering masters, to reduce the lag.

I think this is pretty much the wrong place to discus about the proper way of joining pieces together.

Plus, I think different contraptions call for different building methods, all of them work for different things.

Jigoowonso and others, you can stop fixing, Wenli doesn't want any help.
Wenli is [B]not [/B]OK with uploads and workshop, so don't, just read Wenli's post a few posts above your's.

I have fixed it too in the hope it will help others, which I can't share now because I respect Wenli's wish (which arrived nearly 2 month too late for me, leading into nickname copycat by the way - that happens if you just want to help).
So please all stop PMing me, I am not allowed to hand it out. You have to wait for Wenli's official release.

Agree, however it'd be nice if there was a little courtesy of keeping us updated.

Like all of us, he has a real life... he perhaps have some problems or anything else... He's not obliged to keep you updated on anything... he makes his addon as a hobby... So let him do what he wants to do when he wants to... it's pretty difficult to develop addons when you are known because of all those people who harrass you because they need some news...

This is true. But he also didn't look at it like he said he would. It only takes 2 minutes to pop on here and post an update. Instead, server's everywhere are left waiting. There is nothing wrong with simply asking him for the status of things.

Then yes, they can ask for some news, but not every single minute of a day...
Wenli is not a bot. he doesn't live in his computer like GlaDos does...

So don't be a hater and wait like everyone. Patience is a virtue.
You should profit of this wait to get out or do something else instead of playing GMod...

It is really annoying to have your work being re-uploaded by someone else. Wenli doesn't like the ToSA of Steam Workshop. What is so hard to understand about it?

A lot of people praise workshop for it's "ease of use" and "convenience" but what they don't understand is that it comes with a price for the author.
