I don't think this has been updated for Gmod 13 yet, so I think that may be your problem. Just wait a little, it takes time to do things like this.

Hasn't been updated yet, blame Garry for removing the BuildBonePosition hook because that's why the release is being delayed pretty much until the community or if Spy himself can find a useful solution.

Looks like we might manage to get a Thermal Sight into the next update (in GMod 13) after we find a useful hook to replace the removed BuildBonePositon or if Garry will put in the hook again (unlikely).
