For me addon is broken (Gmod 13). When i ragdolize, i am immediately spawn with no weapons. In gmod 12 all is alright.

It's made for Gmod 12, not 13, so yeah.

Yeah, it happens sometimes, one is the body and the other is the ragdoll. Using rm_npc_ragdolize_ondeath_enabled 0 will fix that, but it will disable the NPC ragdolls. Also, it will not count the number of enemies you killed when you die.

I don't know what that looked like, so for the time being I re-enabled crawling while grabbing. I disabled it because I thought it looked stupid (it does).

Blame Source; when an NPC dies unless I remove it before it can spawn a ragdoll it does. If you have client- or server-side lag then this will happen. It's unavoidable as far as I know.

Added headshot support. If you headshot a NPC or player, the killicon will have a headshot killicon next to the standard one for that weapon. Also, for the lulz, the UT "HEADSHOT!" sound will play :u
All of this is configurable, of course.
Also, new death throes for NPCs and players that looks better.
I also fixed up lots of NPC-related issues, changed around how damage was handled (I got a lot of errors in certain situations) and fixed some other stuff.
Next up is parachute, then I may release it.

Just tested it. Problem is - Head is just disappear when you shoot from pistol, in my opinion this is not realistic, what i said, it will be more realistic when you shoot in a body (arms, legs, or head) will be squirting blood, like in Smod, when blood comes from head, and head not dissapear P.S Really sorry for my English, i'm Russian.

For the v5 update the spurts will last a little less and have fewer particles; in lieu of this I have trimmed up the render code so it'll be somewhat faster and look better.

Blame HL2 having crazy damage for headshots (or garry if it's his fault).
Headshots for NPCs do the same amount of damage as the health of the NPC, i.e. if a NPC has 150 health and you get a headshot, the NPC will take 150 damage. Same for 1000 health, 5000 health, etc. Instant deaths no matter what.
I hope it's only for HL2 NPCs, ugh.
I could probably add a cvar for gibbing exceptions or something.

As the Russian guy said, a option that have the exactly the same blood Squirting as SMOD or darkRP would be cool. I like both yours and the smod squirt. Would be cool if the head got shot off and the smod blood squirting from the throat! :dance:

Thanks for listening to me C: I would to say, like, when you shoot in a head, there is blood and shit like that, when that particle (or a sprite of a blood, don't know how to name it) hit the groud, will a blood on floor, you can see it in a video. Do you play SMOD for yourself (Tactical (In Redux Blood is not that real))? In smod blood so real, and blood looks like a blood, not a ketchup lol.
